Chili'S Grill & Bar (Permanently Closed)

not impressed with service a waiter hit my son with a hichair same waiter hit me with his elbow on the way out and not once apologised. the steak i got with my fajita were so burnt tasted notable. my advise go to the one on Barlow much better service and food.

EDIT: Returned some months later....and lowering my rating...honestly the price and what you get...not worth it for us. This will be our last visit...by choice. Better options in the area for the $$

This is not a fine dining place and the food is as expected for standard North American chain restaurant. Servers were kind and attentive, keep the kids happy. Bottomless tostado kept coming and food was OK.

We love Chilis, but unfortunately we were pretty underwhelmed with our most recent visit. While we love the menu and the food tastes great, the service at the Southcentre location wasn't great. They only had the bar section open which would have been fine if any of the tables had been bussed. When we were looking for a clean table a server looked right at us, glanced at the messy tables and then walked right past. I would have been totally content with her saying I will clean one of these off for you in just a minute but instead there wasn't even an acknowledgment. I understand that they were probably short staffed and had been working long hours, but just a basic greeting would have been fine. We ended up sitting at a table that was stacked high with menus and cutlery and had to wait a while for an initial greeting from our server. We understand that being a server is a hard and often frustrating job but a "Hi there, I will be with you in a minute" and bringing over some water goes a long way. We love Chilis and would love to give this location another try, it's just a shame to have been met with poor service when it's usually quite good.

Our service was excellent. The server Dylan was quick helpful knowledgeable. The food was tasty, yammy and the presidente margarita was delicious and fun to drink. We definitely come back.

This location is always good. I always get good waitresses and the food is always right and exactly how I ordered it. I love their southwestern egg rolls, so dang tasty!! Also love their bacon ranch quesadilla, that is the bomb!! The only complaint I have about this location is when you first walk in, it's very hard to get someone to notice you and seat you, but overall once you are seated, it's great!
