We all love this hotpot buffet. Good service and clean premises as well. A lot of variations food to choose from and they are not stingy at all. It's worth a try if you haven't been there. Happy dining everyone.

This place is amazing! Spacious, clean, bright, immense selection of food items. I truly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it.

The place is so spacious, clean and nice decor and bright. Huge selection of food items to cook in your broth. Several choices of broth and sauces. All food are fresh seafood selection amazing. Appetizers alone will make you full so stay out of it. I tried a piece of everything in the buffet table. The vegetables are all fresh and desserts are great. Our server was very friendly and she explained to us everything that we need to know. Eat all u can for 2 hours but I stopped eating after 30 minutes. I loved the way they have the individual hot plate. I highly recommend it to everyone to give it a try.

Had the lunch special (broth + 5 items) here - the best quality sliced meat I've had from any hot pot in the city! Great selection available for the non-buffet. Service was really friendly, helpful and prompt (especially for hot pot, where servers may be less attentive). Great sauce bar with many options. The inside is newly reno'ed and quite modern. Will definitely be back (and hopefully check out the buffet)!

My family and I quite enjoyed this hot pot buffet. It is set up like a traditional all you can eat buffet restaurant. The only thing you order from the sheets are the frozen meats that they bring to the table. The rest of the items are at the bar. There is a great

selection of raw foods and veggies. There was a surprising bit of cooked foods as well. All were very fresh There is also an all you can eat dessert bar. The night we went they had 3 flavors of icecream,mango/ coconut pudding several types of pastry/cake. They use individual hot pots. There is a large burner in the center of the table. Unclear if it's an option to use for larger pots. The pots are not recessed into the table they sit atop the burners.



The only thing that was a little odd to me was we all ordered tea and it was served in tall plastic pop cups and there was no tea pot. I believe pop is offered in cans and not fountain.



The women's washroom was clean. The restaurant itself was clean and nicely decorated. Also the uniforms were all clean and professional looking. I will definitely recommend and look forward to going again.

I love the side dishes/appetizers. Everything is not bad in general.

Overall the place was ok. Food wasn’t bad, but not worth the price. However, the staff and service was horrible. Barely came to the table and screwed up more than a handful of times. And the place was not very busy at all.

Went to Hot Pot Buffet, thinking it was a buffet.....apparently not at noon. Yes it is beautifully decorated, but ordering off the sheets, portions are small, and we did not get everything that we ordered. We had to ask a couple of times for the apps that we ordered. What we did get was good. Service sucked. The hot pots are not recessed into the table as they are in almost all other hot pot restaurants, which, I think can pose a bit of a danger if the customer is not careful. We paid 35.00 which is the buffet price, but did not get a buffet. Will not be returning.

Only giving 2 stars because of the two staff me and my friends encountered .. so rude and unprofessional, we arrived around 9pm the staff led us to our table and i asked her if one of my friend can opt. out on the buffet since she was still full (it was our first time so we didnt know) she answered with NO! While leaning on the table and picking her ear. Puts down the pen and paper and walked away. We had no idea what to do with the pen and paper since we barely understand the writing so we went ahead anyway and checked the one the we are familiar with, next we went to the buffet everything's almost empty i asked the guy if they're refilling cuz we obviously dont know the drill, he just started mumbling which i didnt understand so he went and passed me on the second staff that just disappointed me more, all she said was "what do u want?, Tell me what you want we are not refilling the buffet for you, just tell me what you want" i understand that there is language barrier but i know the difference of being rude to being respectful even if u dont speak English fluently.



I dont think it matters but wont be coming back thats for sure
