Great sales person love buying from them .... occasionally I stop in just to see latest deals

Crooks, was provided with powertrain Warrenty which is the engine, transmission ect and won't warrenty a part that needs to be serviced after 1 month of buying this Audi. The codes were obviously cleared before buying it to make it look like nothing was wrong with it.

BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess i should have read reviews before going to this shady place. You looking to get screwed over then this is the right place. Shadiest place I have ever dealt with. I guess i should have known better, when he tells me i cant test drive unless i am buying a vehicle, and when i asked for the vehicle report he wouldn't let me keep the history report for some reason... because its forged documents is more than likely why.... My mechanic is looking over the vehicle so i can send everything to my lawyer and to amvic.

Amazing work done by theses guys cant be happier about the way everything went kahlil was an awesome salesman and took care of everything for me and made it really eazy even with my not so great credit they still found me a vechile and got me into it cant thank them enough in a few years when the car is paid off i will be back to buy another

Poor customer service in email and in person. Would not recommend going here. A waste of my time

Went in and test drove a 2012 Toyota 4Runner. We were allowed to take the vehicle to our mechanic to have an inspection done, only after we paid a deposit and signed a purchase agreement, with a clause stating we could cancel the contract if we found any "major issues". Upon inspection found the vehicle was part of the Fort McMurray fires and there was extensive damage to the vehicle. When returning to the dealership we explained that we were no longer interested in the vehicle due to the burn marks, poor paint job, etc. When we asked for our deposit back they refused to give it to us. Alex, the "boss" then started to bully me and belittle me, my wife and my two young children.

He has a large bottle of alcohol and a large knife on his desk, very unprofessional. He proceeded to tell me my personality is "ugly" and refused to give us our deposit back. After speaking with MasterCard and explaining the situation the money will be refunded.

I would rather walk the rest of my life than ever by a vehicle from this company. The sales guys were fine but Alex is a nasty business person with no morals or ethics. Please think twice before buying a vehicle from here.

I had an awesome experience with Khalil. They have a friendly and fantastic customer service and go a long way to get the best deals for you. I will strongly recommend anyone who needs a car to try Chinook autos. Sure you will never be disappointed.
