Chinook Denture Clinic

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at the clinic. I waited a yr to go back and have new plates done. I went to the office with my wife who had hers fixed there they remembered us right away. I got the new plates, wore them for 3 days went back after 3 days as requested. Had some tender spots and with in 10 minutes both plates had been checked, taken back to the lab, George came back put them in and I will tell you they felt great no more pain. They are upfront, professional and most important friendly, Ashlee is an charm and George well he is the best. So do I recommend these group of professionals " With Out A Doubt "

I was going to write this long review of what happened, but I am just going to make a short statement--they don"t care to make the proper fitting, they don't care for the service they provide- went there 2 times, and both times terrible- so you cant blame that on a bad day.
Terrible quality of work!

The denture clinic itself is a great place. George is wonderful and the staff are very friendly. BUT.......this has got to be the slowest place for getting your money from the insurance companies. They submit to the one and you pay the difference. Once payment has been made they will submit to the other insurance company but it takes them forever to take the first payment and update your account. I have been waiting over a month now since my insurance company has paid them and submission to the other on still isn't there. That is my only complaint.....I love my teeth!!!

We found George in a newspaper and that was the luckiest day for our family. My wife and I have been using our 10 year old set of teeth and not chewing properly, because the teeth did not fit properly. After getting these new ones, she no longer chew like "Bugs Bunny" and I can keep mine in through every meal. George was very patient with us, and knew that making us comfortable after such along time with teeth that didn't fit was no easy task. We have recommended George to all of our friends and family, if they should ever be in need of a Denturist.

George did my mothers teeth and we have been extremely happy with the service and professionalism of the clinic. After having read so many horror stories of denturists that didn't seem to know what they were doing and about how ill-fitting dentures can become such a problem, we researched extensively to find a denturist we felt good about and have been very satisfied. Her dentures not only look good, they are quite comfortable for her.

I had the pleasure of working with this Calgary denture clinic and can't say enough good things about the staff and the owner. You can tell they care about their business and treating their clients right. I'd recommend Chinook Denture Clinic to anyone needing dentures in Calgary.
