HOW TO ORDER FROM [Chique Chique] :
1. Please comment under the picture and tell me the size that you want. After, email chiquechiquefashion@gmail.com the picture(s) and comment about the size that you would like to conclude your order. I will send your total and info about payment and timeframe.
If the item is in stock (saying "In stock"), it will be shipped with in 3 business days.
If the item is not in stock, it will take 2-6 weeks to arrive here. Then we will ship your item(s) to you with in 3 business days.

2. Payments need to be made by e-transfer to chiquechiquefashion@gmail.com.
a. If you are not familiar with this, please visit the web site: http://www. interac. ca /en /interac-etransfer /etransfer-detail or contact us by email for more options.

b. Payment must be made immediately via EMT to confirm purchase. That means orders need to be paid within 24 hours. [Chique Chique] will not hold items. If not paid the product will be put back into stock.

3. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include the shipping /postage fee (within Canada) if you order over $30. 00.
a. All items will be posted with Standard Post, this does not include insurance so therefore [Chique Chique] Fashion to Love is not be liable for any packages that go missing or damaged - this will need to be followed up with Canada Post.

b. Registered Post and Express post is available at additional cost. Please contact us if you would prefer a different option to the above standard shipping. Please note if you choose to have no tracking on your order then we will not be liable for any packages that go missing or damaged.

c. INTERNATIONALLY CUSTOMERS - Shipping is a little bit different for you - please contact us to discuss available options. Please note if you choose to have no tracking on your order then we will not be liable for any packages that go missing or damaged.

4. PRE ORDERED items - please take note of the turnaround time mentioned in the posts at the time - there is usually a 2-6 weeks turnaround for pre order items i. e. from the time your payment has been made for this item to be delivered to [Chique Chique] .
a. INTERNATIONALLY CUSTOMERS - this turnaround time is longer for you due to the 10 working day delivery timeframe as per Canada Post standards. Also the additional customs clearances required.

5. Exchanges only in case of Damaged Products*.
*If the Product arrive damaged, [Chique Chique] will accept returns only if you provide us with evidence, such as pictures, videos, documents, etc. that can support that was a Damaged Product and was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures (a) below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your account in the full amount charged for the Damaged Product.
(a) Return Procedures
All returns must be made within 14 days after the Product shipment date. All returned Products must be unused (e. g. , not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service at chiquechiquefashion@gmail.com. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned Product. All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.

6. All the sales are "FINAL SALE" there will be no cancellations or refunds after you have made your payment.
We offer such amazing deals because we don't house any inventory after our sales end and therefore cannot process returns. However, we want you to be delighted and would never expect you to pay for a damaged or defective product. Please contact us if you run into any problems and we will be sure to make it right.
