I am so glad that I decided to go to Choice Memorial Cremation & Funeral Services. Teresa was professional, efficient and so helpful. The other staff that I dealt with were extremely competent as well. There are no hidden costs - what is advertised on the internet is what is charged. The service here is exceptional. I highly recommend Choice Memorial to others.

Exceptional professional service was provided and Teresa was very compassionate, respectful and understanding in regard to the cremation of my late husband, Kelly Spicer.

Absolutely the Right Choice for anyone hoping for compassionate, professional service. Their high level of service does not in any way reflect their low cost. From the moment that I called in the middle of the night and had trouble finding my voice to ask for them to come pick up the body of my mother-in-law, to the time of picking up her ashes, we were wowed by Megan's and Teresa's comforting ways, knowledge and guidance. Choice Memorial ...... A friend of mine asked me to check out Choice Memorial which I did. To satisfy myself, i checked out four other funeral homes. I found them overpriced, cutting corners where they shouldn't have and the compassion just wasn't there.

On the behave of my family and myself, I do want to thank the owner and her wonderful team for assisting us in this difficult time. Her professionalism was outstanding. She had everything down to a T ..... cost, services and procedures.

As for her team, I couldn't have asked for anything better. The undertakers very professional and so was her office staff from start to finish.

Yes, I will not hesitate to recommend Choice Memorial to my friends. They scored an outstanding 5 Star from The Stahls Family.

Thank you to Teresa, Andrea, Adam, and everyone at Choice Memorial for their help with helping plan and facilitate the funeral for my mom. While the experience was truly difficult and painful, your assistance, help, and guidance made the process that much more bearable. In particular, thank you Teresa for allowing my family to help with preparing mom. Andrea, thank you for the beautiful touch-ups to my mother’s graduation photo, and the amazing service folders. Last month ( November) my wife's father passed away. Choice Memorial was suggested to us by the Pastor for The Beverly Care Center. I called and spoke to Justin and a little while later to Teresa. Both were very compassionate and understanding. Those first calls convinced me that we would be dealing with real people and not faces running a business. We (me, my wife and three of our adult children) met later that afternoon and we immediately knew that we were not just another 'customer'. There was absolutely no pressure to up sell. Everything was clearly explained and we did ask several questions. They were very helpful. Teresa told us that if we had any more questions to call, or send email. Over the next couple of days we did have a few more questions by phone or email and the replies were always answered in a very timely fashion. At all times, they were very professional but we always felt that WE came first. In other words, Teresa and ALL of the staff were people just like us, with feelings. They were not robotic, doing their jobs in black suits like I have seen at funerals at the big Funeral Homes.They were REAL people with big hearts. They went out of their way to accommodate us and to be honest, they became part of our family for that period of time. Our family here in Calgary and those who flew in from the United States, were very impressed with Choice Memorial Creation & Funeral Services. We highly recommend them.

I truly can't say enough about Choice Memorial. The care, concern and professionalism is all you can ask for. Teresa was amazing even though she had her own personal crisis to deal with. These people are the true real deal. Fair, Compassionate and Fantastic!!!

Justin was a blessing for helping to take lead and expedite one of the hardest final moments of my life - discussing the final arrangements for my mother.
