Cibc Branch & Atm

These people always make me smile when I come in. Never had a complaint!!

No customer service for 15 minutes. Had to ask if someone would be helping us. Lady said she waiting to switch offices... come on. Could take a minute or two to get us through and not have to wait

There is a very kind and cool man, Punneet (sorry if I write his name wrong..) I was lucky to be helped by such a patient, good-explaining officer. I am a newcomer here, but thanks to his support, I could succeed in creating my first account on CIBC. Thank you very much :)

Yes it's slow but the staff aren't the flash in speed when it comes to providing each and every customer because everyone is different. If you aren't willing to take the time to deal with someone who needs an extra few moments of clarifying something then I certainly don't want to give you my business, the people who work here do this and I 100% appreciate that. Yes I am willing to wait if the person ahead of me needs extra assistants because one day that will be me. I for one prefer dealing with a person over a machine any day.

I have been dealing with CIBC for over 10 years and this is hands down the worst branch I have ever dealt with. This branch and its staff are the sole reason I am changing banks

Slow services, need to prepare enough time before go there.

10:45 am Monday morning and I've called this bank six times since 9:30 am and I keep getting message "we're closed for the weekend. Please call back during banking hours or leave a message". This branch has been great but it looks like staffing is going downhill. So much for the personal touch at CIBC
