Cibc Branch & Atm

I work night shift and this branch is closest to my work. I went to deposit money at the ATM and it said that there are no envelopes at this location for that purpose. What is the point of having an ATM machine at the branch if you cannot make deposits?

Ever since they removed the human tellers I have never gone back. Sometimes I need to withdraw more money than is allowed thru an ATM, set up as security feature, but I have to go to another bank branch just to do it.

Very horrible service. I was at this branch to get a draft, expecting the usual CIBC service but I was really disappointed, right from the reception.
So appalling.

Used to do all my banking with RBC (17 years) switched everything over after working with Cole Nichols, he's great to work with, down to earth, incredible helpful and knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to make our visits exceptional.
