The customer service is amazing every time I set foot in this branch. You can really tell that the staff care about their clients. Highly recommended!

This branch has been amazing and helpful, Set me up with accounts that were needed. they are incredibly friendly and helped in ways other branches said they couldn't (releasing US$ cheques in under a month) I recommend this branch over the Dalhousie one down the street any day!

I am a Cibc customer and I had awful experience every time I went there
absolutely bad customer service a nd they don't respect people over there from the manager to every employee
