This is most definitely one of the better cibc branches in the city. Whether you're facing somebody face-to-face or out of town in another city they are very helpful for your needs when dealing with them. I called the 1-800 customer service line at first to assist and let me tell you now thats a big mistake because they just tell you to call your local bank anyways.

New to CIBC every time I come in and need to see a teller I'm stuck waiting in line for 35 plus minutes. Switched to them from TD for the cheaper fees and ended up paying significantly more than I was paying at TD. So far not impressed
