Nice staff, great bank, convenient location

The branch manager Dale was rude and useless. I've been with CIBC for several years now and have never had issues with the tellers or customer service. My experiences had always been more than exceptional. I don't understand how a branch manager can speak to a customer the way he did. He didn't care that I was dissatisfied. Never bank at this location!

Before I visited this CIBC branch I had gone through almost everything with someone from CIBC telephone banking and it seemed as though I was going to be approved for a Student Line of Credit. They informed me that all I needed to do now was to speak to someone at a branch and finalize everything. Shortly thereafter, I spoke with a Credit Specialist from this branch and they were incredibly unhelpful and made zero effort to understand my financial situation. Within five minutes of being in the Credit Specialist's office, I reached across the desk and picked up my debit card, walked out of the building and into the BMO in the same plaza where I was approved for a Student Line of Credit that day.
