Cibc Branch & Atm

The banker made us wait over 30 minutes for an appointment. Then after lying to us about the timeframe of the work we expected to be done for us, the work was not done correctly and had to be resubmitted. This branch has no regard for customer satisfaction or care for its customers. Due to the experience at this branch I am considering closing my CIBC account. Very sad indeed, avoid this branch. I would rate 0 stars if possible.

Teena Soni is the nicest friendliest bank representative I've ever met. She was professional yet kind and very helpful. Wish more bankers could be like her! Bravo, Teena!

I had a bad customer service experience. I would open account on this branch. I had an appointment at 7 pm. I was there on time. I knocked the door and opened. Harmeen nijjar was on the phone and stated " Mr. Atak I am talking about your account. Wait ". She didn’t showed any place to sit or invite inside the room. I waited 10 minutes front of the door and left. No phone call no apologies nothing.
