Worst customer service I ever experienced. It's not even funny... You have to chase them to get a mortgage renewal...The dude assigned to my account has never returned my multiple
Messages left on his voicemail in 3 months. I got an appointment with a young Financial Advisor named Tim 3 weeks ago and he was supposed to get back to me in few days with the best offer he can gets from the mothership.... called him back last Friday and this week and hit his voicemail... he never returned my calls!!
What a bunch of idiots... The manager at this branch is changing every 2 months..... This is a real joke.... I just tried to call them today at 10 am to noon and obviously no one picked it up the phone and their voicemail is not even in function..... LOL. One star only because Google don't let me post that comments if it's not even 1....
