Cibc Branch & Atm

If you're looking to apply for any of their products beware. I filled out an application, spoke with a rep named Fida Chehimi , and then never heard from her again after numerous attempt to reach her, now I'm forced to apply elsewhere which will be a hit against my credit for too many applications. Apparently this isn't the first time for this branch. Zero stars from me.

Worst CIBC branch ever! Less and less tellers, most of the time only one. Very slow & poor customer service. I have been with them for more than 10 years. I am switching to another bank soon. Supervisor Pat and (some of the ) tellers are known for frustrating customers. Every time I go to this branch, it takes about 30-45 mins standing in the line. Even while you are at the teller they shamelessly will ask you to go to the ATM machines to do the transaction. Stay away from this CIBC branch.

They just renovated and it's pretty nice inside this location. The line can be pretty long sometimes. Just hope you aren't stuck behind a little old lady trying to pay all her bills with a combination of cash, cheques and coins.

Been with CIBC my whole life, and in the last year to 6 months they have completely acted like kids, I've come in an asked for a solution, I've phoned and talked to branch manager. I am 100% switching and will shy away anyone who remotely thinks of dealing with CIBC.

I enjoy coming into the Shawnessy Cibc because all the staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable that they make all my transactions smooth. I also like all the technology that they have implemented. I would strongly recommend this location.
