Circa Enterprises Inc.

Circa's operations consisted of two business lines: Telecom - based in Calgary, Alberta, the Telecom segment consisted of high performance telecommunications equipment; and Metals - based in Vaughan, Ontario, the Metals segment consisted of metering equipment, enclosures, pole line hardware and other products sold to the Canadian electrical industry through an operating division of the Company. Circa was amalgamated on April 13, 2023 with Sicame Amalco Inc. and the amalgamated company was continued as Hydel Inc. Concurrent with the amalgamation, the telecom assets of the business were sold to Guardian Telecom Ltd.
