Absolutely the worst shop I've ever been too. Took my truck in when it broke down in the middle of a hunting trip and was in desperate need to have it fixed so I could get home. As soon as they saw I was desperate they tried to get every dollar out of me. They quoted me $6000 fix so I pulled my truck out of their shop and ended up paying $1000 to have absolutely nothing done to my truck which I towed 800kms home and fixed myself with $400 and a couple YouTube videos. Unbelievable.

Got my car fixed, asked for alignment after ball joints to be fixed, after fixing it I realized my front bolts of the wheel were over torked and stripped , only 2 bolts were actually holding my wheel together, had to get it the bolts and the hub repaired and a different mechanic shop, friendly service though.

The crew here are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and actually check things when people have concernes. You get your money's worth with this shop, they don't over charge, for example we thought we needed a new 200$ battery but they looked into it and it was small problem with the alternator so they saved us the cost of a new battery.
They have a keurig for clients waiting and they have a driver to bring people where ever they choose if they don't want to wait for the vehicle.
Drop off vehicles are usually done in a timely manner unless there's an unknown issue, which they actually call the clients and discuss option and don't just go ahead and fix it without permission leaving the clients with surprises on their bill.
As long as we live in this area they will be the shop we go to be go to.

Recently went in with some car troubles and even though they was incredibly busy they still took the time to have a look at my vehicle and advise me what to do, all free of charge. I couldn't be happier with their service. I will definitely be taking my vehicle here every time I need too and will recommend them to anyone.

I was on vacation on May long weekend and needed my car looked at immediately. It sounded as if it was going to breakdown and as a new car owner at 18 this terrified me. My dad had called the staff from back home and this was the only place in GP that would even look at my car over May long. The staff managed to fix the problem that day, as it was a simple repair and charged me nothing for their time. I would highly recomend this place. I found the staff to be very considerate and honest.

My girlfiend was having car troube and came in without an appointment, got the best help and service I've ever heard of and the problem was minor so they fixed her car for free in no time at all. I'd recommend these guys to anyone because of that amazing service.

terrible!! On Wed, April 2017 I brought my 2008 f-150 to CITY CENTER AUTOMOTIVE with a concern about an oil leak. The shop phoned me back that afternoon and let me know my two front ball joints were shot and I had a power steering leak along with the oil leek. I was quoted at around $850.00 for ball joints, WHEEL ALIGNMENT etc. and around 500 for the oil pan gasket etc. and will figure out the power steering. It will be ready for thurs. The day before the long weekend. Great! I say. Go for it. On thurs I had to work a split shift and would not be able to pick it up before they close so I GO THERE on thurs afternoon to explain the situation. City Center Automotive says, not a problem leave your visa # with us and we'll leave your truck for you outside so you can get it thurs night. Ok sounds good I say and give them my visa #. (mistake. I should have inquired about the bill while there.) When I pick up my truck on Thurs evening and look at the bill. $2300.00. They put in a new rack and pinion....WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW. I was there a couple of hours prior. They had no problem explaining what they had left to do but not a mention of the additional $1000.00 in cost to me. Fine its done I thought and drive away. While driving, after a good 10 km or so when the engine had fully heated up the truck ran absolutely brutal at low rpms (below 1000) when coming to a stop. A terrible knock. Very mad to say the least....remember its the long weekend. Monday finally arrives and I take my truck to where I work to have coworkers, who are certified mechanics, look at it. They confirmed my suspicions. There was TOO MUCH OIL IN OIL PAN and the cam phasers more than likely were shot. I get in my truck and take it back to City Center Automotive and explain to them whats going on. They humm and haww about it with no apologies and after draining the oil down to the correct level they explain that the cam phasers are shot and I NEED A NEW ENGINE!!! Absolutely Unbelievable!! the LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY of the staff at this place is ridiculous. Lack of knowledge in that in no way shape or form did I need a new engine. 5 minutes of searching info on google over the weekend was enough to know the were CLUELESS!! when they said that to me. Lack of ability for putting to much oil in my truck. I immediately got my truck out of there and took it to Ford for a second opinion. They tell me I need new cam phasers etc. and it will cost $3700.00 (plus taxes it came out to $4000.00) A VASTLY DIFFERENT DIAGNOSIS then was given to me by city center automotive just earlier in the morning. I just got my truck back from ford now, Wed, April 19. While I was driving it home from ford I noticed the truck pulls to the right. ##@!&^%!!!!

these guys know what they're talking about. they're always on time, fastest shuttle services, fair prices, i spent good chunk of money here n they done a great job
