I would literally give this dealership and staff less than one star if I was able to. After being sold a vehicle with a starter that didn’t work and almost 15 appointments trying to resolve the issue, Ford admitted that my car was not compatable with any starter they are able to source. The GM is rude and dismissive and staff consistently made me feel annoying for trying to fix this issue and receive the product I had paid for. This was my first new car and the experience was completely trashed for me. If I could sell this thing to never have to deal with this horrible company again, without losing thousands, I would.

I feel sorry for anyone who deals with this dealership.

After searching the entire city, and exhausting all of our contacts and resources to find a vehicle to suit our needs. We had one final visit to City Ford. Jay Salame was our sales rep and was on cue from start to sold. He went above and beyond what we had come to expect from dealing with multiple sales reps over multiple weeks of searching for a vehicle, this was the experience we had hoped for from day one. We would recommend City Ford and Jay Salame to anyone searching for a vehicle. The environment is extraordinary, and is what compelled us to write this review.

I bought my very first vehicle brand new here. I was so happy that they were able to get me what I wanted with a rebate and no down payment. The vehicle was awesome and the maintenance package was great. Staff are all usually great and my vehicle was taken care of. I then bought 3 more vehicles there from the same dealer Blaine crummy who I now text and email regularly and he is able to help me out even when I didn't get a vehicle after all. He always had time for me even without getting the sale. My last vehicle however came with many mechanical problems and the maintenance didn't fix it. They looked at it told me that was normal or it is just faulty wiring in the ac. The alternator blows 2 weeks into ownership and then was in the freedom ford shop for 2 days. City ford claims a bunch of parts are faulty in the ac and 3 weeks of waiting for parts. Freedom ford finds out the a.c. is just empty and waiting for parts was not even necessary. I review city ford badly and unfortunately my friend Blaine took all the rating against him. It wasn't his fault the vehicle had problems it was maintenance I had a problem with. However they claim I'm getting a new windshield as part of the apology back in July. It's now October and I've never heard back from him or management. I guess they just wanted me to go away. Freedom ford is where I go now.

Scott listened to what I needed and sat down and talked with us before picking a truck out and showing it to us. Scott was very pleasant to deal with, allowing my wife to take the truck for a test drive and giving us the option of taking it out on our own. We felt less sales pressure from City Ford and could easily talk to Scott and feel we made a purchase that we are happy with. Scott was relatively new and told us he was in training so I believe he will improve.

We went in just to look around and were approached by Jesse and thank god for that because he's probably the most laid back car salesman we've ever met. He was easy to talk to and didn't pressure us at all while we browsed truck. He went over pros and cons of all vehicles respecting our price point and was open about whether he thought each truck would work for what we wanted it for. We were able to purchase the truck the same day and drive home with it which felt amazing he was even nice enough to stand out in the rain to put the plate on our truck this morning.

This is a really great dealership our previous vehicle was a bit of a lemon and they gave us a fair deal on it and even offered us an oil change for the truck as it was low on oil when we bought it. Highly recommend this location for buying and definitely ask for Jesse he's pretty easy to find he's the friendliest looking sales guy in the group.

I can't speak for the sale representatives but the maintenance staff are completely rude! I have been here several times and I just try to be in and out and not talk to the people who do the paper work one even screamed at me once! The drivers though are very sweet and make the time you spend with them very homey.

My experience seems to be the same as just about everyone else. Buying the vehicle was just fine, got a 2015 edge a couple years ago and paid for the extended warrenty. The terrible service department is the issue. They're a joke to say the least. Try getting a warranty part worked on or replaced. You'll get the runaround and wish you never went. Isn't that why we pay the additonal $3000+ for extended warranty?????? I won't be getting another car there.

For a car dealership, I have no issues with this place. Every sales associate I came across was courteous and made time to talk to us and our kids. I appreciated that they have an indoor play ground area for little kids - helps keep them occupied.
