It's very bad service.they don't care about customer service.

Cheapest rates in Calgary and great service. I shopped around to multiple other Brokerages, including Brokerlink (in association with Intact Insurance) and Desjardins. CJ Campbell was by far the cheapest for equivalent coverage for auto insurance. The broker I dealt with, Joel, was friendly and made the process easy.

Just keep in mind that the brokers work only until 5PM, so set your insurance up in advance of your purchase if buying during the week. It's worth it!
