CLPiM's business is focused on gathering, organizing and integrating existing and future plant assets, materials and equipment master data and will primarily serve the petro-chemical industry with the view of expanding into other markets. We specialize in developing detailed FLOC structures that mirror the existing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) plant structures such as SAP and develop equipments and Bill of Materials [BOM’s] that capture all maintenance significant materials delivered by the project.

Our business methodology streamlines all processes involved which saves time and money but does not compromise our quality and standards! How? By using a combination of established project management principles combined with CLPiM ’s workflow management procedures we can efficiently work through projects saving our staff time.

CLPiM reduces the steps involved between suppliers and clients by actively engaging vendors, engineering houses (EPC) and the end user client to capture, utilize and manage new project assets. This means the focus of plants in operation is the ongoing plant productivity and profit making capability and improvements. Asset management of new installations focuses on the optimization of the life cycle profits of the equipment.
