Limit scr...een time on electronics. Nearsightedness among children 12 years old and older has increased from 25 to 42 percent due to the use of electronic devices. Protect your child from these damaging effects by encouraging them to enjoy outdoor activities after school. 4. Ensure a Healthy and balanced Diet. Nutrition is one the most important factors for healthy vision in children. Teaching children to value and enjoy healthy meals can lower their risk for sight-stealing disorders later in life. A diet rich in carotene can reduce age-related macular degeneration and cataracts. Before you touch your eye—and before you put in or remove a contact lens—wash your hands with a mild soap and dry with a lint-free towel. The experience was amazing! I am one week post Lasik surgery and have had an experience that exceeded all expectations. The appointments prior to the surgery where professional. Dr. Al Ghoul and his staff answered all of my questions regarding the procedure and how I would feel and see post surgery.



The day of surgery was calm and not rushed. The surgery itself was completely painless and fast! When I sat up from the procedure I could see better then I expected. After 30 minutes in the recovery room, my wife took me for a coffee and a drive!



The next morning, 18 hours after the procedure, I was in for a check up and had 20/20 vision and was cleared to drive. The follow up was great and I would recommend this clinic to anyone wanting to have better vision and to be free from glasses and contacts!

I would like to thank Dr. Ahmed Al-Ghoul for recommending IPL treatments for my cronic dry eye issues . Before treatment I was using lubricating eye drops every couple hours , after completing 3 treatment sessions at clarity lazer ,I no longer need eye drops at all and my vison is clearer. This has been absolutly amazing . The staff at seema an clarity lazer have also been amazing people to work with. I highly recommend that you try IPL treaments if you are having dry eye issues .
