ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY... FORGET CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wanted my rental home cleaned. Very small home, less than 600 square feet and certainly not all carpeted. Called for price. He quoted $100 and maybe more if he had to use "extra" cleaner (ridiculous) I sent him my email confirmed the $100 price to be done on a certain day. Since I do not live in Medicine Hat, I wanted him to send me pictures of it upon completion. He sent me an email refusing to clean my house.... Great customer service NOT..... Just because you think you have the market cornered on the price does not make it right especially when some properties are bigger or smaller than others! I would never recommend him because of his ignorant response.
