Well, me being a stubborn ass decided not to let anyone look at my shoulder since my little crash. I ended up with what they call locked shoulder. Thanks to the best massage therapist in town, Cynthia-Sweetapple-Sheppard, I was introduced to dry needle with electrodes. It was pretty cool to watch ones arm bounce around on the table uncontrollably. I talked them into squeezing me in for three more sessions before the end of the month. I love to push and better myself so there is no way I'm missing what I love to do...race my sled. See you all at the Silver Star Hillcross in Vernon B.C in April.

Thank you Brendan. My meniscus cartilage has never felt better :) I am happy with the treatment for my knee, and always enjoyed the atmosphere and conversation.

Shellene and her team helped me alot.....and I needed alot if help. They do a great job. I would highly recommend them to all.

My physio therapist Nic is awesome. He really helps me a lot with my lower back.

It is a love hate relationship with physio. It's a painful process getting back to a place where your body doesn't hurt to do normal, every day activities. I started seeing Brendan for my knee. I broke it 5 years earlier and had constant pain and problems with it. Never getting it to a point of better. I like Brendan because he doesn't just send you home with moves to do. He 'pin-points' your issues and fixes them. I have gone back to him for neck and back pain which he fixed too.



I have to say that the clinics' open and close times make it so easy to get in at a time that works for my schedule. Even brought my 1yo in a few times.

I highly recommend seeing Brendan Smith at the Mac island location he is the best, best my knee has felt in years!

I have been suffering with an issue for over two years. I've been to doctors, physics, acupuncturists and massage therapists with no relief; Shellene was able to pinpoint the problem and treat it. I'm pain free for the first time in years! Ladies, please do yourself a favour and see Shellene if you suffer from any pelvic health issues. I just can't believe how good I feel, I"m on cloud 9 right now. Thank you so much Shellene.

I have been coming to Clearwater for massages for years. They are all amazing and there customer service is great! Taylor is very knowledgeable about their services they offer and is very friendly. I would highly recommend coming here. :)

I came in almost two years ago looking for help as I suddenly found it extremely painful to walk. I couldn't care for my kids and was at my lowest point in life. Upon meeting Brendan he listened to me and assisted me through discovering what was actually going on. With his guidance I was better able to understand what was going on and get the surgery I needed and the physical therapy I required to get back to being me. I appreciated all of the staff I met there and was always treated like a friend not just a client. Thank you!

Honestly felt the most comfortable i’ve ever felt in an environment like this. Attending the mac island clinic the receptionist service was exceptional! Amy made the entire experience a very comfortable welcoming time!

First time getting physio and I was impressed. Brendan diagnosed me within minutes (when my doctor couldn’t even tell me what was wrong) and fixed me! I’m so happy to be painfree!

Fantastic physical therapy clinic. I came in with a pretty severe quadracep pull and Brendan Smith was able to get me back to 100% in four sessions. The best thing about Clearwater is that they treat with the goal of getting you better as soon as possible. No session was wasted and I was never booked in for unnecessary appointments.

Clearwater Therapy at Mac Island is amazing! Very friendly administrative staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. Brendan Smith is really nice and I was nervous my first day of therapy back on June 14 but I was more comfortable with the therapy after my first session with him.

Cassy is my go to massage therapist ! As a body builder and someone who is in the gym 6x a week, I truly appreciate Cassy !
