Dean Fleming had a distinguished career in the Canadian military before returning to civilian life. After his career in the military, Dean decided to return to school to re-train for a new career. He chose to attend the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) to receive training as a HVAC mechanic, and graduated from SAIT as a red seal journeyman mechanic for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, as well as a small appliance repair technician. He decided to start his company, AAA Heating and Cooling, in 2005 serving both residential and commercial clients with new furnace installations, maintenance services, emergency repair services, professional duct cleaning services, and small appliance repair services.

Dean learned many valuable lessons while serving in the Canadian military, including discipline, service, and a strong work ethic. He has applied those learned lessons to his business, and he operates AAA Heating with the same level of determination and dedication that he had in the military. In terms of how that benefits his customers, people can expect professional on time service from a serious minded individual that takes pride in his workmanship, and is passionate about providing his customers with professional heating and ventilation repair & installation services.
