Climate Hack

Climate Hack will ultimately be a visual app hooked onto the world's largest database of climate solutions. Anyone can use it to create a profile (socio-economic, geographical mapping) of their community, send that data and then receive, browse and implement tried-and-tested solutions (from solar lights to creating disaster resistant roofing). Designed to empower the most vulnerable communities in the world adapt to climate change. It helps communities on one hand and collects valuable data at a grassroots level on the other.
