This years “Garden “ .......! I give much love and thanks for my cook book & all the support that I have received from everyone, in helping me raise money for families in need for every book sold ..... and I’m very grateful for this years garden as most of it will be donated to families in need . This garden every year helps many people with healthy fresh garden vegetables 🌽 🍅 to many senior citizens, single mothers, many people with injuries and others who are on aish and lots others truly in need ...... these blessings are carried on in honour of my dear parents & from all the kindness they gave to everyone from this very garden over the years ! To everyone who has helped me in helping others , many blessings of thankyou .......!!!!

Every Friday night- Onoway legion provides a great supper at a very reasonable price for you and your family to enjoy an evening out , which I encourage you to try ,I am a legion member and a huge supporter of all royal Canadian legions every where .......legions do so much for our kids and communities The Legion also provides representation and assistance to Veterans, including currently serving Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP, and their families, and access to our services i...s available to them at no cost, whether or not they are Legion members......... I have appreciated that I have been able to raise money by selling my book and donated some of the proceeds to the Onoway legion over this past year ! Also later this year towards fall I will be donating a bbq hog and meal with the help of all their great volunteers to provide one of their Friday night dinners in appreciation for all that they do to help our community......... thankyou !

I take my corn 🌽 add my butter & than smear mayo on it , sprinkle chilli powder and salt ! When you love steak 🥩 But you don’t feel like cooking 🥘, where do you go for a nice steak dinner or supper with family or friends ..... ??? My suggestion ( White Court Casino )dining area ..... they serve a delicious prime Rib steak 🥩 done to your specifications, and very reasonably priced..... I enjoyed a very delicious 16oz prime Rib steak dinner for $24.00 and my good friend ( company ) enjoyed a 10oz for only $18.00 ....... ... google area & directions , this is for all people who love steaks but don’t feel like cooking, so worth the drive ...... enjoy 😉

As far back as I remember, life has always been about spending time with family, friends and neighbours, always enjoying each other’s company and sharing the best of foods with each gathering! When it comes to you & your family, saving money is most important! You always wanna provide enough meat 🍖 at a reasonable price amount! & one way of getting good deals on all your meat products 🐮 🐷 🐔 🐟 is to phone or email your local & nearest college & see if they offer a retail meat program. If they do , see what days their retail meat store is open to the public for meat sales. By rule of thumb , most programs offered at colleges are non- profit organizations, but shhhh ...!!!! Don't tell anyone that I told you that . Just keep it a secret between you & I .....😜 In Edmonton- Nait offers a retail meat program & sells meat 2-3 times a week .... I tried the stuffed pepper recipe awhile ago. I had never made stuffed peppers before. This was a tasty recipe and easy to follow. I also recently tried country chicken wings. The ingredients were interesting but the results were delicious. Very easy to make. The cookbook has many handy tips as well. I can't wait to try another recipe soon.
I knew Clint many, many years ago and seeing him devote so much of himself to the betterment of those around through the donation of proceeds from this cookbook comes as no surprise. Great job Clint! You're indeed the salt of the earth.
