Cloud 9 Hookah Lounge & Bar

Decent atmosphere, loved the music, the tiny tables kinda suck in the main room but the vip rooms are awesome since you can blast your own music and hangout. But overall this place is pretty dirty and trashy. If the service workers put more effort into cleaning and doing something other then sitting behind the counter on there phones then this place has real potential! Hopefully they can improve 🙄 ohh and I guess the shisha selection wasnt that great compared to other places in the city.

Amazing service, the place and decor could use a little updating but their staff more than made up for that. I had a fantastic martini and the hookah was set up well. I would recommend getting a VIP room if you can because it is definitely a bonus that you can play your own music. Parking available in the back. Did not eat.

Wonderful atmosphere, cool lighting, friendly staff, GREAT MUSIC! Private rooms are great feature when out with friends. Best place to watch game with friends in YYC.

The Best Hookah Bar I have been to. Enjoyed very much there. The staff is very friendly and nice. The prices are exceptionaly low as compared to some other places. Enjoyed very much there. They offer you private rooms too, that is the best thing about this place.

Great people, you can order from Taj Mahal and eat it in the cloud 9 lounge. That's awesome. I would highly recommend this place as you don't have to pay extra for coals.

Service is okay. The VIP rooms are nice, if it isn't busy I don't think you should have to pay to use one. Manager stood at the door watching my group of friends once, super awkward. Food is good, had the chicken burger and I recommend that
