I've been dealing with CMP auto's services since I bought my Chevorlet Equinox in 2013. Ray Harder made my experience purchasing my vehicle a great one. He wasn't pushy and was knowledgeable.

Update Nov 18/2017: In the past year I was discouraged from coming back due to terrible experiences in the service department. I decided to try again in the past week and Raj (service adviser) made it a much better experience. It was a busy Monday morning and she never rushed me throughout the process. She was friendly and approachable. She notified me via phone about the status of my vehicle. I'm confident to come back again to service my Equinox. Thanks Raj!

I recently purchased my dream truck from the CMP used division, I directly dealt with Bob Thompson. He was great, upfront, honest and didn’t try and play any games with me being as young as I am! They gave me top dollar for my trade in and the whole process was easy and simple. I would sincerely recommend anyone looking to buy used instead of new to go through Bob at CMP!

I was there to buy my vehicle and my sales associate was John Peterson. First time i met him and test drove the vehicle and second time we negotiated the price and John was very helpful in bringing issues with his boss and got me a good deal. Also, he let me take the vehicle to do a Mechanical inspection with my outside mechanic and i was happy with the vehicle and the deal and bought the vehicle last week. Definitely a trust worthy dealer and i will definitely buy more vehicles in future with them. I have very good experience with CMP autos.

The sales staff at CMP are a great bunch. I've dropped in several times to just check out vehicles and the staff were respective of me just wanting to look around. The latest time however, I had a specific vehicle I wanted to see (which I ended up purchasing). Cody was prompt to help me find the vehicle, give me the details about it and took the time to sit down and review the available documentation without me really giving any (significant) indication of me intending to buy. During the conversation, it was very friendly and professional, and really was a no pressure environment. I actually left that day without making an offer or anything.

I came back a week later to make an offer and Cody went to bat for me in bringing the price down to my budget. We were slightly over in the end, but I felt Cody went the extra distance in getting there. Communication was great during and after the agreement and during the pickup. Made me feel good that another salesperson (Nels) said "hi" when I went in to pick up the car too, really makes you feel welcome there. Cody and Nels treated me great, were very respectful and I would gladly recommend them (and CMP) when purchasing a vehicle.

Showed up first thing in the morning (engine light came on coming over the mountains). They were able to fit us in and have the car repaired within 2 hours.
They were courteous and very pleasant to deal with - thank you.

Patrick Jo was my salesmen and he was just wonderful. Very friendly and fun to deal with. Patrick listen to everything I was looking for and did not try selling me with more bells and whistles to add on. I found everyone at CMP very nice and friendly. If you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle I highly recommend them. I was and still am very happy I did.

As a first time buyer I had no idea what I was in for, but thanks to Philip and Ryan I was confident and happy with my first car purchase! They were both honest with me, giving me the pros and cons and always had my best interest in mind. Philip was amazing! He was efficient and knew exactly what I wanted and needed. He stayed within my budget and did his very best to make my experience enjoyable (truly had fun from the start to end). He was patient and always answered my questions; to the extent where he would walk back and forth with me from new building to used building or to the car numerous times just to make things clear for me. He took the extra mile to make sure I was well informed and was confident and ready to buy.
Ryan made sure I had all the information I needed financially and explained every little detail I needed to know about warranties. He was easy going and no pressure at all to purchase add ons for my car; he educated me about what they offer, the reason behind them and gave me time to consider without the push.
In the end I came to CMP to look for a car I would need and came home with a car I needed, wanted and love, an amazing stress free finance plan, and a fantastic experience for my first time car purchase. I will for sure come back to CMP for my next car in the future! Also my bf and sister will for sure come visit next year to buy a car from you Philip!!!

After visiting CMP Auto and being greeted by Patrick Jo, his demeanour and professional approach made the decision to purchase a car easy. Patrick took the time to arrange an appointment and had the unit available and ready upon my arrival. He was patient during the test drive fielding questions and offering pointers. As this was a used unit, he took the time to research product knowledge about the vehicle despite it not being a GM product -- this is a commendable approach as I did not have to question if it was the right car for me. I was given a fair trade for my current vehicle and an up front number for the unit I was looking at. The sales manager in the used department, Austin, was personable and very helpful during the process. I returned for a second appointment before finalizing my purchase and again Patrick had the unit available for me to view and drive if need be -- I wanted to double check a few of the technology features that I had forgotten about in the excitement on the first visit. Financing and delivery went smoothly with Patrick being my point of contact.

I just wanted to take a moment to rate my recent experience at CMP. As you can see a give it five stars. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to our salesman, Blain. Not only was he extremely genuine but a true professional. His knowledge and experience was superior to that of other salesman we have dealt with in the past, there was no pressure from him at all, Blane worked with us and made sure we left feeling confident about our purchase. A big thank you to Austin and Colin this would not have been possible without your help.

Had my truck in for accelerator control issue which was repaired. Didn't fully solve the issue which is fine because it was a hard issue to figure it out.
However, while there I got a bunch of other warranty work done. And they gave me a list of all these supposed issues with my brakes and that my rear brakes were critical and needed and immediate swap.
Well, I had a bad gut feeling and didn't get their "recommended repairs". Instead I confirmed it with my normal dealership and they said my brakes were just fine. I got another opinion... also good. They also tried charging me 220$ for an oil change.

Are you out of your minds.

Never go to CMP for service. It's a con.

This was in December of 2016. I've waited to write this to confirm multiple times and get an oil change from a local dealership in Cochrane. 80$.

CMP is scamming you. I'm very angry with them and would never, ever recommend.

Our experience was fantastic! Our salesman Cody was simply amazing! He provided me with all the info I wanted without over loading me with information I already had! He was chill and was very friendly. Super comfortable experience for us! Juan was wonderful and very knowledgeable when dealing with our financing. They were also amazingly understanding of our little one who was in tow when we went to the dealership! Nick was super as well when we picked it up!

I had a fantastic experience with Chris V! My old SUV suddenly died, forcing me into the new car buying game, which I had been dreading. Chris V gave me a rental to use while he found my ideal new SUV. He was super quick to respond to any questions I had, flexible and accommodating with my schedule. It was a GREAT experience. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle, and will for sure return for my dream truck in a few years. Thanks again!!!!!

When shopping for a new vehicle with my girlfriend, we ended up at CMP based on all the positive reviews and recommendations from friends. We could not have been happier with their service. Jessi took incredible care of us and genuinely cared about our experience. He was able to put together exactly what we were looking for in a new SUV (2017 Acadia), and my truck barely leaves the garage anymore. I have gone on to recommend CMP to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
