Coaldale Inn

We went for dinner and the food was great. Our daughter ate the turkey off the kids menu and it was more than enough food for her. The waiter that we had was great. Thanks for the great and environment.

We had a wonderful relaxing evening in the bar. Ordered the delicious shrimp . The five of us could not get enough of the never-ending salted peanuts in the shell.

We had a burger and steak and it was delicious!The ceasers were excellent they were like a mini appetizer! And our waiter did an awesome job. There a new restaurant so give them a break to settle in and for the kitchen to work out there kinks. Give them another chance if you didn't have a good experience the first time. I think it'll be a great addition to coaldale :)

My husband and I stayed here on Thursday night and were very surprised and pleased with not only our room but the friendly and efficient way we were checked in. If there was one thing that I would have changed it would be the pillows. Our linens were new and fresh but the pillows were too thick. I ended up using the throw pillow so that I could sleep. Management was quick to rectify this situation and I understand that my sister-in-law who was staying and extra 3 nights received thinner pillows the next day. This, to me, says that they listened and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure she had a good sleep the next night.We had a family gathering the breakfast on Friday morning before we had to leave and the restaurant was great. There was a nice selection and the waitress was very efficient and friendly. I am glad to have had this opportunity to say thanks to the staff and management of the Coaldale Inn and I would certainly stay there again when visiting.

On behalf of myself and our entire crew we have always been treated like royalty here and the food has always been amazing. I own Full throttle cycles and wildcat customs and we throughout the summer we host Wednesday ride nights and we go out of our way to ride to Coaldale to support KC's which is where we finish our night. Almost all who join us in our rides are from lethbridge and we do not even give it a second thought to ride out to Coaldale. The service and atmosphere is amazing. When we walk in with ALOT of people at once the staff is right on top of it and no one ever has a complaint. So KC's you guys are absolutely amazing and its a honor that you all host us when we come. Keep up the great work and dont worry about the other "less positive" comments. We are making sure that we are spreading the love.

A friend gifted us a night's stay here for our wedding night. We had a chilled bucket with a bottle of champagne, a box of chocolates, and a beautiful card from the staff. The room was clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated.

We went to the restaurant early New years eve. The space was clean and cheerful. the hostess was warm and welcoming and did everything in her power to secure we had a great evening. The menu is limited at the moment which is just as well because every thing looked so good. I had the seafood pasta which I found to be light and delightful... no shortage of large plumb shimp in this dish. My husband had the shrimp and rice which he also enjoyed.

We have been looking for another " our place to chill " and believe we found it here. We will be giving it another go for sure... :)

Only reason I’m giving it a 2 is because the place is nice and clean inside. Food on the other hand was not good at all! My meal was severed cold to me and looked like it sat out all night. Took it home thinking I could reheat it but the meat just looked odd to me. My hubby got a steak sandwich and it was eatable and that was about it. $50 for 2 adult meals with 2 drinks. I got $3.25 off my meal for it being cold, but I wouldn’t have even paid 3.25 for that meal. Will not be going back.

Me and a couple friends went to grab a bite to eat and ended up waiting for about an hour until we decided to just ask for it to go after we watched a couple that came in after us both receive their food and begin paying.... after I got back to work and took a bite out of my burger noticed the centre was pink.... waited an hour and my burger still wasn't cooked?
