Great service, great product quality and selection, fair price. Note for people on low FODMAP diets, they make sourdough the traditional way.

4 more minutes before the store closes and there's a lot of bakery but the employees refused to let me buy because they are closing. That's ridiculous. Store closes at 7 pm and not 656 pm. It was an Asian (Chinese) girl and an older man in his 50's
Hopefully the manager gets this and explain to them that that's stupid!

Bought the bread on Friday before closing; it's like a ROCK on Saturday morning. Asked a local bakery owner, and I was told that the bread was at least 2 days old..... cannot believe COBS Bread can put "Bake Today, Sold Today" on the box. What a disgrace!!!! Never go back and never recommend anyone try this brand.

Friendly staff and great bread! Our favourite is the sourdough. They have nice hot dog and hamburger buns as well. The kids can't get enough of their croissants.

Another great location for this bakery. It feels slightly cramped when inside, but that doesn't affect much considering you just walk in and buy something from their bakery. When I'm near aspen I usually like I stop by.
