The upfront sales staff are Super nice and super helpful, however the behind the curtain logistics of this dealership are absolutely deplorable.

I purchased a vehicle in mid October, with delivery slated within 2-3 weeks. After 5 weeks of waiting, I was told the car would take another 3 weeks-ish (That is 8 weeks in total for those who are counting - 5 weeks later than promised). At this point I had no vehicle as I had sold my old one in that anticipation that the new one would have been ready.

After many false promises were made, I decided it was time to walk away. I requested my deposit back ($500), but they flat out refused to refund the money, even though they were unable to fulfill their end of the contract and obligations. There was nothing stopping the pattern continuing of 2 more weeks, etc. etc.

Pretty soon I was going to have a brand new 2018 vehicle by maybe 2019

I was told that since the car was super rare there was nothing they could do. Feeling defeated I tried one last ditch effort to see if I could get the car I wanted faster from another dealership. Low and be hold - 2 other dealerships in Calgary had a total of 5 in stock. I was able to pick up my vehicle in 2 days.

Had I known at the time that the vehicle I purchased in Mid-October wouldn't arrive till the end of December, I would have never signed any contract.....And I am still waiting on any type of response from the dealership.

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle that needs to be ordered, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I spoke with Nikki Kjinserdahl via email and she was very helpful and friendly. However, when I arrived expecting to meet with her I was introduced to a salesman named Mike who was very unprofessional. He tried every trick in the book, even having another salesman come up behind me to aggressively ask if I was buying the car I was there to look at, because if not he said he had another couple on their way in. I said I was looking at other vehicles and would get back to them the next day. That evening and next morning I received 5 text messages from Mike pressuring me into purchasing the car I had looked at. I could go on, but be cautious at this dealership. 3 out of the 4 staff I interacted with were very aggressive and honestly disrespectful.

I have not bought a vehicle from here come here with a group to use their community room and they are very accommodating. I’m very impressed they provide a place for the community to use.

He contacted a rack supplier on my behalf to see if they could find a solution that would work and did. Will definitely be calling him if I need any more accessories. Great experience.

This dealership is the first I've been to in which everyone treats you like a good friend and no one tries to force you to buy something. A great experience and I will definitely be recommending it to all my friends.

Had a great experience with everyone who helped us. They stayed open late so we could see a vehicle and even worked the the bank to get us a better interest rate. They are a great company that really care about their customers. Will definitely be going back
