If you love our signature bubble tea, I bet you will like pearl roasted milk tea! It is made from the the tea leaves grown in Kagoshima, Japan. It gives the drink an unique roasted aroma through the process of fermentation and roasting. It’s definitely worth a try! #cocoedmonton

Way better than others
Was blown away at the taste of the tea and the texture of the tapioca pearls, softer and less sticky than that at other places in the city
Very, very busy on their opening weekend (to be expected!) but their team is very efficient and polite and friendly and got through the lineups in no time. My bubble gaga was made just right. So happy to have a great CoCo close to home!
Seems Im in Taiwan once again . Always love the perfect combination of sweetness and milk tea taste.
MY FAVOURITE BUBBLE TEA PLACE EVER !! could go every day fr
I love all their drinks. My top 3: 3Guys, Sago Taro, and Roasted Bubble tea.
Excellent drinks. Efficient, fast and polite customer service. I visit the WEM location and/or downtown location weekly with no complaints. At the WEM location last weekend, it got very busy, so one worker was taking down the orders from people waiting in the lineup to ensure that the wait time was cut down. I thought that it was a smart move and appreciated them going the extra mile.
I have to say that I was shocked by some of the negative older reviews; there is so much a franchise can do in terms of substitutions and whether people like it or not, there is a cost when doing business and franchises must treat everyone the same and follow the rules.
On the bright side, I noticed how they responded to the negative comments/issues and it simply reinforced my opinion of how great Coco is since they show that they care about their customers and take feedback seriously. I owned a small store years ago and I surely can appreciate the challenges that businesses face.
Good work Coco and keep on making great drinks!
I was at the WEM location. It took us 30 plus minutes to find it. The mall directory did not have it listed on the map. When we asked at the info desk, the staff did not know it is either. The two drinks we had were really good. My only complaint is that the straw was too narrow, the tapioca keeps getting stuck inside the straw. I ended up throwing away about a quarter of the cup because of it.
The DT location I give it a 5/5. They are always consistency with their drink and when you ask for a hot drink you get it hot. The workers are quick with the incoming orders.
The south side location is completely the opposite. I give them a 1/5. Their drinks are not consistence and I got my drink cold. The orders take forever.
taste bad and super expensive
drove there half hr, and waited for half hr for the drink
not worth it!
had the worst experience with a customer service. never going there again. I want to talk to the owner since im in such a rage.
Worst customer service in the industry for average bbt. You won't be getting my business at any of your locations in any province or country again. They refused a vicinity card because it wasn't theirs and then argued with me with customers around. Vicinity is vicinity. Doesn't matter what card you have or where from. Embarassing company.
EDIT: I should also note customer service at all their locations are awful.
We lost our vicinity card... not only did they not help us replace it but for at least two times now, they have refused to add points onto our account using the phone number. This is the Calgary trail location. Haven't been to the downtown one for a while so I don't know if it's the same there.
On vicinity's website, it says you can use your phone number, and even encourage you to not carry the card if you don't want to. Also, all the merchant can replace lost cards for free.
Now, as for the drinks, the milk tea seemed diluted the last couple of times we were there. The quality doesn't seem to be on par with the downtown one.
Don't think we'll be back unless things improve, fast.
I went there and I ordered the 3 guys and i asked for them to switch out the black tapioca balls for the small clear ones. I can't eat the black ones since I'm just getting over cancer, so the small ones are much better to drink.
The cashier said, alright, you have to pay for it. I asked why, it's one topping for another, what difference does it make? A guy stepped in and said, oh, it's because the 3 guys is on sale.
That still makes no difference.....but I didn't know it was on sale, so I asked them when the sale was on until. He said, it's always on sale. So..........it's not on sale then....that's just the regular price.
I just left. We give these guys business all the time since they opened, and they are out nickel and diming people for these easy substitutions. I'm going back to dream tea house.
