I go through this airport every week. And will never go into this store if I know the “toothless one” is there. Upon entering the store I said hi how are you? Her response was “I’m here ain’t I”. I’m a flight attendant and try my hardest at having the most professional and pleasant voice to our passengers. But seeing this was truly shocking. It wasn’t even enjoyable to look at books she hangs over your shoulder yells at you, won’t help with anything you ask. Pretends to be “busy” seriously where is her manager. Why does she still have a job. I actually thought I was on a prankster show but nope this was the customer service that coles hires. (Bottem of the barrel). I know as flight attendants we are very aware of our personal hygiene but this ladies hygiene was actually repulsive.

Knowledgeable staff

there really have bad service I came 10 minutes early and they wouldn't let me come in I just need to buy one thing (trust me I don't like to spend my time shopping) for my friend's birthday.

Okay for picking up a book before the flight. Limited selection and pricey.
