Love this place! Friendly staff, big open windows and large fitness centre with enough equipment for a thorough workout. Track is great as well and the field house is a really unique feature. Aquatic centre and gym also never disappoint. Great work! �

Love it!!!! Hot hot steam room perfect on -30c days and after hard work outs. All sport equipment is on top of the line and very clean environment !!!!

It's a very nice gym and I enjoy the work out classes they offer and the instructors are very good...

I love this place .. my kids love the swimming pool .. the family is clean and easy to access . Very friendly staffs . But I wish they offer one to one swimming lesson in flexible schedule .

I love going here to workout!! And Zumba is always a blast for me. My daughter also loves going here to swim.

Great facility!, and the cafe on site was good with reasonable prices too!

Very good place to be at, always clean and the staff are very good. I enjoy coming here to get back into shape!

The gym is very spread out however there are a lot of really good high quality peices the pool is down and gym up so it’s a little tricky and for the love of god do not carry a big bag with you over all not a bad place

Its my sanctuary pretty nice but just can be more awesome love this place of wellness

Enjoyed it. The swimming area is my family favorite. Lifegaurds doing their job. And awesome staff.

Water was nice and warm for a -30 degree day, lots of classes happening so was limited to a section of the pool with the kids but still fun .. Wish the water slide and other water features worked

It's a nice clean place, the soccer field should be more accessible to the public and the hot tub is very unimpressive other than that it's a good clean, quiet facility

I think the instructors are experienced and have strong social skills. I enjoy the drop in classes. I like the locker and shower rooms. I wish that the lockers would accommodate those little shopping carts. I travel by bus. I take other classes so I usually transport my stuff by these little carts. I attach mine to the locker my valuable are in. The wheel width is to wide to fit the locker. Sometime security leaves a note to lock it up.
