The staff were very nice but - compassionate? I bought two bras there that, upon use, allowed my prosthesis to move so that my boob was in the middle of my chest! Nice, right? I went there and told them of this problem, of how I was mortified about it, and instead of doing something about it, they tried to sell me another bra! No compassion there. I said, "Why not tell me about this in the first place?", and of course the answer was; "We have never heard of this happening before". I am telling all of you our there with mastectomies - watch out for the prosthesis moving in their bras - and if you buy exercise bras like I do, just get fitted (they did a good job on that) and get your own bra. I found the same bra in Walmart for TEN dollars, BETTER ones for EIGHT dollars. I had to make modifications for ALL of the bras so that the prosthesis would not move.

I was highly disappointed in Compassionate Beauty. First I was diagnosed with Alopecia by my doctor and wanted to get a wig for my own comfort. The staff were all very unprofessional and had no compassion. They have extremely high prices which saddened me as I later found out the wig the wanted me to buy at $4500 retailed elsewhere for only $2000. They did show me a synthetic wig which was $1900 and was told it was not good for me. Well I did buy this wig but not from these people and only paid $330. I left very upset after one visit as it feels like they are preying on people with illness and more so cancer. Your prices are six times or more than anywhere else. You really should be ashamed of charging this especially when people have cancer they are not up to the challenge of the research like I did.

The ladies at compassionate Beauty are the best! They treat everyone with so much love and respect. They make you feel beautiful and give you hope. This is a wonderful place at a bad time in your life. Thank you Saundra.

Bought some hair from this place , the worst quality hair ever ! Paid over 1600 and it was like straw in weeks ! Terrible hair dresser... paid well over what a normal hair cut would have cost and turned out it was uneven In Several spots , had to go to my hairdresser and she did a way better job ! I will never recommend this place to anyone because of their terrible service and bad quality products ! They are there to take advantage of people in their time of need .

Very very poor service. They come across as very nice but their intentions are not coming from a place of compassion. I went in to look for products for sensitive skin, the nail polish that they recommended that has less harmful chemicals and are appropriate for cancer patients are actually not. After doing extensive research, this is actually a very poor choice for patients, and there are VERY MANY BETTER alternatives. This is very concerning as chemicals can be very harmful and irritating especially for someone going through treatment.
