We were greeted by an affable couple at the registration desk. Their jocularity and people skills tremendously enhanced our Driving Range experience as well as the brief tour on the putting green.
The big snowfall and great track setting made for a fabulous ski.
I love this course. Has some good challenging holes. Pretty easy to walk.
Great city course. Greens very well maintained.
The course is in good shape, greens slow as molasses, but that is the norm there. I always know when I play there, you have to hammer your putt. Also, I know it's only 9 holes, but there should still be a beverage cart. That is the only reason it's not 4 stars.
Extremely disappointed! My 13 year-old son has been enrolled in the city of Calgary golf lessons every year since he was 7. He has become a great player but unfortunately, he was treated with such disrespect from the "woman marshal" on Sunday July 2 (12:15 tee-time). Our family; my husband, son, myself and our aunt were there to play a golf game in celebration of the Canada 150. The "woman marshal" was extremely rude to our whole family! We have played many courses for many years all over the U.S. and Canada but have never ever been treated so bad like we were this past Sunday. First of all, We were never rushed by the foursome behind us because they were just at the tee when we were walking out to the next hole. They never caught up to us once even though we were walking and they were riding carts!! But the "woman marshal" made the special trips to our location, only to keep on harassing us. In our opinion, She must "hate" children. We've had a previous incident with her when she harassed our son. When it has been only my husband and I as a twosome, she has never bothered us. We will not tolerate this mistreatment again!! If the City of Calgary rules and policies does not tolerate disrespect then she should not work there! We have supported the City of Calgary golf for many years and gladly pay our taxes to support their employees' wages but right now we feel very cheated! Question... Does the City of Calgary support youth wellness??
