I walked in on the consulate without an appointment and was threaded very professionally. they were very friendly and helpful and funny. So the complainers I am not sure what they were unhappy with. I have been with this consulate for a number of years.

I called number of times they did not pickup, left a message for call back. Did not get any call from them. They should have some body to help over the phone.
