Aaron Pritchett is taking over the country music scene once again. He is such an incredible, down-to-earth individual. And we can't wait to host this amazing artist on January 31st. 🤠

Went out Halloween weekend only to have my blow up mallet be taken away from me and was told I would have it given back to me on my way out. Having had such a great time, I completely forgot to grab it. Two days later knowing they don't have office hours on Sunday, I called Monday and was given a call back from the manager. After a few texts with photos of what my mallet looks like, it turned out that it might have popped and been thrown out. I was extremely upset and told him I'd go see him the following week since I didn't have a day off until then. I was not expecting anything and he handed me a gift card for almost triple the price of what my mallet cost and coming back to pick up a VIP card with the gift certificate, was told to keep the certificate for another time. I was blown away. Very happy with the customer service. I love this bar it has been my favourite place to go for years and because of this will continue to be for years to come! Thanks Devin! =)

Omg I love this bar every one has such a great time . And the door staff are so welcoming to every one that walks through the door .. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and we will sure be back ....

My friends and I had an amazing time, great music, great atmosphere. The dance floor is huge, gorgeous looking people (men & women). The staff sooo friendly every one was saying hi and have a good time, then enjoy the rest of your night get home safe. It's a great place if you want some fun, tonight was my first time but not my last

Just wanted to mention the truly great thing that the staff and Cook County did for me. I left my wallet there last Saturday while I was a patron at their establishment. Once I noticed it missing, I had contacted them to inquire about my wallet and lo and behold, they had it there waiting for me. I spoke to 3 different people all trying to make contact with me to ensure my wallet was returned. It's awful to lose your wallet, as you know, but to see staff make such strong efforts to have it returned to you is nothing short of exceptional customer service. Thank you all!

I've been to cook county saloon on Halloween for probably the last 4 years. It's always been the best place to go because the staff are amazing and the security team makes you feel safe. The situations they have to encounter through out a night can be pretty scary and life threatening. I witnessed drunk idiots provoking the staff all through out the night and from what I seen they handled those situations the best way they could.

I love cook county! It's the only real country bar in the city! Staff are always great! However the last two Friday's I've been there and DJ Tiger wasn't there I didn't enjoy the night as much due to Britney Spears and N'Sync being played along with other pop music. I was also disappointed that the big screen took a long time to go up as once it goes up that's when people really start dancing. I've been going to cook for years now and my parents went as well so I was really disappointed other genres of music were playing that aren't usually played. I mean it's cook county .... Not the ranch haha. All in all though I LOVE Cook :)!

Had the best time this weekend for my friends birthday! People were great, music was awesome,and staff was even better. Our server Becca helped us out all night bringing endless rounds of drinks and would bring us a new round of shots each time! She ensured we were all having a good time, and went out of her way to take pictures for us! would definitely recommend for large parties!!!

Great staff. Thank you to security for kicking me out last night when I was white girl wasted and tried to fight 6 girls in the bathroom. You likely saved me from an ass kicking haha. And sorry to the 6 girls I tried to fight because 'you looked at me funny' �it was definitely time to leave.

Great place! No particular dress code, very relaxed atmosphere and it's hard to find anyone not having a good time there. Great music, lots of room to dance and the music is not blasting so loud like other places. Here you can actually have a conversation and not lose your voice the next day.

Geat place to go out with your friends. Whether you wanna play pool two step ride the mechanical bull or just get drunk it's by far my favourite bar in the city because the staff is the friendliest bar staff in town and I feel very safe there as well.

Favorite bar in Edmonton and it's a true "saloon". All the other bars in the city that feed off a country image play way too much pop top 40 to be actually considered a country bar. Good music, lots of spots to get a drink, generally a fun crowd, clean (for a bar), and cheap or no cover for ladies. If you ask me where to go in the city my answer will always be Cook.

Caught Lindsay Ell and Hailey Benedict on Thursday. Great place for live music sound is done correctly thanks to Bill. Service was great at the tables.i always have a blast there and will be back for live music Thursdays.

Been going to cook county for years. Once in awhile will ven take the boss and he used to go to cook when even he was a young adult. It's the most mature, fun, saloon environment you will find in probably most of Alberta. Great service even when's it's busy. And well if you go to a bar to drink don't complain about the prices because they are high and average all around the city. You wanna have fun dance your hat off and see some amazing and talented dancers GO TO COOK! You won't be disappoint on your night out!

Friendly courteous staff as we entered and placed our order i.e. both security and serving staff. All staff knew answer or found answer to my questions. Seems to have a good variety of activities. Clean and well kept. We did not stay long as the noise is too much for us after a while. Yes we would return.

The whole no line and no cover for a booked package was a joke. They let the regular line in first and then we had to pay $10 for cover that gave us 2 $5 chips. They even make people who are DD's pay and get the drink chips that they wont even use, and when you use the chips they don't give you change back even tho the drinks in special are $4. Complete money grab..Whats the point in booking a package?

The staff was not the greatest. Aside from our waitress who was great. Before we walked in the door they checked our ids while making comments about our group rudely. We then made it to the bar. As we walked by to go meet up with friends the male bartender was throwing wet paper towel at us telling us to buy drinks, this happened all night long every time we walked by this was even after we asked him to stop. Aside from the immaturity of the bouncers and bartender it was an decent night.

Young rural Canadians are very strange, especially when they get together like this. There are over 100 "woo-hoos" per minute, the women only like the most coked out, fat red necks who drive trucks with sky lift kits. The music is clearly terrible, but the locals will take offense if you say that.

I've gone to cook county for years but last night was a complete shock.

Ppl who worked there were disrespectful, ignorant and left a bitter taste in my mouth. Gross

Is this where I should post how the bouncers felt it was right to knee my husband and my head into the concrete. And have a 150 pd man feel it's ok to put his whole weight on his knee on my back pinned to the ground.

Glad no one got brain damage by the senseless acts of your "bouncers"

I used to love this place. After watching the bouncers last night, and how they dealt with overly drunk patrons - I am horrified and disgusted. Just restrain and let me. No need to suffocate and assault... made me sick to my stomach and I didn't even know the people. I'm glad someone actually caught it on camera and hope this bring a the issue to light
