The food was good, but a bit over priced. I had the Turkeylicious plate but it was nothing to write home about. The service is why this place is getting a lower rating. The waitress was brusque to the point of being rude and would walk away while we were talking to her. She was horrible with refills on the water and we had to ask multiple times for condiments. When I asked if I could add extra things to my order she actually snapped at me. We had actually asked for larger glasses for the water and she said they didn't have larger glasses, so we asked for a pitcher of water as it was a hot day. She just rolled her eyes and walked away. She was also quite rude to the family sitting behind us with young children. I won't be back.
Downtown is a tough location because everyone is in such a hurry. The staff at Cora's make the experience fun and manage to stay on top of things.
Food was cold. Waitress was so rude. Comparing to othet branches I do not recommend this place. Waitress had an attitude and whenever we asked for something it was like she gonna yelle at us. Some one should tell her if you don't like your job you should look for another one instead of being rude to customers.

We had been to this Cora location many times and so far no disappointment. Friendly staff, nice kind of "hidden place" and you get free underground parking on weekends. Is a very good choice for family brunch.
