So good you can have it black, save the calories by holding the cream and sugar just to blow it on yummy salted caramel brownies.
Sylvia also catered a party for us awhile back and it was excellent....and dessert was chocolatey enough too.
A cozy place to feel at home.

Cornerstone is easily my favourite hidden gem in Calgary. As a cafe, their attention to detail and their creativity make it one of my favourite spots for lunch. As a venue, it is small but mighty - having played and attended shows here, the atmosphere is inspirational and they make you feel like you're right at home. The owners are passionate and caring, and I look forward to whenever I get to pop in. Keep doing what you're doing, it's awesome!

As an artist, I've loved playing here. As a customer, I dig the variety of foods and the gluten free options are delicious (even for people who don't worry about gluten.) Super cozy, warm place to watch live music. The owners are active in the food and music community beyond their own studio/cafe. Which I love! A lovely lil gem in suburbia.

I have worked here for 4 years and from the amount of time I've worked here can speak for itself in regards to the amazing owners (Jim & Sylvia), employee's, support, and love that I constantly feel surrounded by. The passion that is put into this place is one of the many reasons I feel proud when I say I work here!

Live music, delicious food made from scratch, to the staff I am honored to work beside is all the more reason to come check it out! You won't be disappointed!!!

An excellent shop hidden deep in the SE of Calgary. Absolutely wonderful coffee and excellent food. The music is lovely to hear and the staff are supremely accommodating. Definitely a stop for coffee and music lovers alike!

Very cool coffee shop

This cafe is a hidden gem. Such an awesome idea, cafe in the front, music lessons in the back. I tried the Scottish breakfast sandwich and it was pretty good. The prices are a bit higher than most places, but they use local (likely organic?) food and most items are fresh and made to order. The staff are super friendly and it turned out to be a good place to bring children. We will definitely be back, especially when we found out that they have live music on Friday nights and Saturday afternoon. They also offer music lessons and “Munchkin Music” on Saturday mornings for kids from 6 months to 6 years which we would love to try. Wish we had found this place much earlier on.

Amazing coffee. Amazing food. Amazing service. Love it!

Amazing. Got to hang out with some amazing people. And the Stamps players that were here were a ton of fun
