We provide bookkeeping, compilation and tax services for owner managed businesses. A compilation engagement is the lowest form of assurance provided by accountants in that no opinion on the financial reports are provided.

Under the "Regulated Accounting Profession Act" accountants are not allowed to release Financial Statements that they know to be false or misleading.

Some times banks require reviewed or audited financial statements to provide additional assurance on the financial reports of a company. We do not provide review or audit engagements.
