I love buying just everything from Costco...from groceries to anything you could possibly buy under the sun...their poultry to seafood fresh veggies and fruits...name it they rock it!!! Costco forever!!!

I honestly don't know how anyone doesn't love this Costco. The staff are always helpful. The lines are crazy long but take only as long as lines a quarter their length at other Costco's. It's the Best Costco food court in the province. Ps the layout is superior to all other Costco's.

I LOVE Costco! BUT PLEASE open at 9 or 9:30am! There is already a line up to get in. It would be nice to not rush before I have to pick up kids from preschool at 11am. Thanks for your time :)

Possibly one of the largest Costco I've been in, inventory is massive and easy to find. Staff is alright, there are some that seems pissed off their job, the waiting line is horrendous.

Don't recommend getting the chicken wings. Mine were only slightly lukewarm ... took them back to counter and asked for microwave to heat up because they were only lukewarm. Nope! Only microwave is in staff room, but they could give me a lid to take home and heat up in my oven. So much for lunch. �

Always enjoy Costco but today found an open box cutter in the apple box when I was digging around.



If you start your shift with a box cutter you end your shift with one not lost and soon to be found.

Presently at tire shop. There are 11 people in que

and only one service person. On average one person takes 15 minutes. No one is taking care of the rush. Very bad service. Extremely bad service. Looks like store manager is sloping in his/her office.

Not impressed at all tonight. Was there with my elderly mom and had a full cart. The cashier, customer service, and someone in management all told my mom her card expired, and that she never renewed it. She says over and over that she paid her membership in March if this year. We finally left our full cart and headed home, and my senior mom very embarrassed!

And once she gets home what does she pull out....the copy from her renewal paid in March 24/2014. 10:21am to be exact. Great record keeping Costco....you can bet I'll be in there with her tomorrow!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Rudest customer service reps!! I rarely return things but when I did they were so rude even with a receipt on an unopened product purchased a few days prior. Another time I called to ask a question about membership and they picked up and hung up twice on me. Not worth paying a yearly executive membership fee for rude service!

Tonight called for my prescription, and the girl who answered didn't know what she was talking about. She said that it would take 24 hours to get it, even though that never happened before, and even though I made sure she understood what my prescription was. On a hunch, i went in person and spoke to a dude... And voila! My prescription could be filled. The dude was great, but whoever the chick was, she was a dud, who caused me a lot of consternation, and who also caused me to have to wait needlessly in line which I wouldn't have had to go through if she did her job like the dude did... #notimpressed

Just left this Costco Location with my good friend and her 17mth old son. Never have we been so disgusted with an employee specifically Reagan who has been a Costco employee since 1999. She felt the need to voice her opinion about a customer and her 2 young children to another employee loudly after they had left. She talked about how these 2 children aged 5 and 2 played around in the line as they waited to be rung through. In no way were these kids misbehaving, they were simply being kids playing around with each other, the older one entertaining the younger one so her mother could load the belt up with their purchases. She stated that this mother was a terrible mother had terrible children and horrible parenting skills and no kids should act like that in public as her kids would never do that. I'm sorry Reagan didn't know you were so perfect!!!! What an embarrassment to other mothers like ourselves and to your company.

I just witnessed your staff members screaming at a customer (a young woman) who didn't know her membership was expired. I mean YELLING at her right in front of everyone. She was practically in tears from humiliation. My husband and I and our 2 kids then get to the door to show our receipt and there's a huge line with two staff members. The one staff member had no one and when my husband handed him our receipt he said "you need to stay in your line sir. He then took the person behind us in OUR line and helped them. They happened to be white, my husband happens to be brown. You can be the biggest store franchise and go under due to bad customer service. This location now treats their customers like crap. So sad.

I have bad experience with the cashier and specially the bagger, he has bad attitude and rude. They're screw up my groceries. If i can give 0 star. Poor costumer service. Better I went to Wallmart they have best costumer service.😡😡😡

I forgot my Costco card so I went to the membership desk to get a new card. They instructed me to just use my drivers licence to get through the tills. The staff was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. I waited in line at customer service for almost an hour before being told to just use my drivers licence

I do like shopping at Costco but I have happened to encounter more instances of the following over the past years. The following is an experience my friend recently encountered and posted on her Facebook status. It makes me sad...



"With all the Christmas hooplaah and people shuffling thru their X-Mas shopping please remember that not all people are in a rush and can be rushed. Nice elderly gentleman was ordering food at Costco and the cashier yelled at him for not being able to hear her and not going fast enough. Did a slam dunk of change in his hand and proceeded on to me. I helped this man find where he was going. Please remember to be kind to others society. No need to rush and be rude; especially to our Elders! Just a thought for the seasons."

I bought a tv from costco a year and a half ago and bought their extended warranty so my tv was warrantied for 5 years . the pixels are burning out they gave me a hard time for 4 weeks now saying they won't fix it . they called yesterday said we will refund the money for the tv or trade you a new tv. now they call me today trying to say I didn't pay for the tv when I sent them the receipt which is pretty good proof I paid for the tv. bunch of scam artists. I'll be cancelling my costco membership and all my family will as well if this doesn't get resolved .

I bought a bag of Kirkland pistachios and I was surprised to find a bug in a pistachio that looked strange, upon checking a quarter of the bags contents for other strange looking pistachios I have found 4 full dead bugs inside. I am not pleased and now I am feeling queasy thinking about that one pistachio I ate in the dark while watching a movie that tasted terrible. Not happy at all.

I was at your store in south Edmonton yesterday. I brought my two African born children aged 2 and 4 with me. You might think it's funny that I mention they are African born, but I'll help you understand the importance. We wanted to see the Christmas selection so we decided to wander the toys. I told my kids we were only looking because secretly I wanted to see what toys they liked. "Mama, look at this one" they both yelled and pointed as we went down the isle. Their favorite product happened to be the dolls. The first stop was the cabbage patch kids, I scanned the boxes to see only white dolls staring back at us. I dug through the entire display to hopefully find at least one of any other culture and guess what? I didn't find one. I found zero multi- cultural dolls in your entire store. How sad is that considering we live in the most beautiful multi cultural city! Your product choice unfortunately speaks of the white priviledge and racism that is alive and well in Canada. You see, you get to say which toys go under our Christmas tree this holiday and you are suggesting that people want only white dolls for their children to play with this year. You are perpetuating racism in our city and I can't stand by and let it happen. I'm just one mom who would love for her children to grow up in a city of equality but yesterday I feared that was not going to be the case. Your product choice has a voice over our city and I know you already know that. You get to say what we value, what we should use and play with, what has the most importance. I can not push my African children down your isle and send a subliminal message that they are not good enough, that they are lesser than, that they have to play with white dolls this Christmas because their culture of origin isn't available. So, I'm asking you to consider these words and consider the impact you are making on our city. One more thought, maybe reconsider the shade of your white baby Jesus with blond hair in the manger scene of your Kirkland nativity set...
