Costco Okotoks

Very clean store and appealing product,friendly staff , also was very surprised at the cost quite cheap in the overall bill and the amount of stuff was almost to much ,being a first time shopper there dident understand how everything worked but enjoyed it at the end,most definitely will continue shopping there.

The workers here are very helpful and friendly. I live in calgary and drive out to okotoks because of the service. The Calgary stores are full of rude and disrespectful employees so im happy i can do a 30 minute drive and be treated with the respect. Thank you

My child threw up all over me while I was shopping inside your store. A WONDERFUL employee of your store went and got me some wet cloths to clean up myself, my daughter and the mess. She was so compassionate and kind, it made a very embarrassing moment so much easier. I love this store and it's staff. Thank you so much. I always look forward to coming in!

Just bought winter tires. Simply amazing service - will recommend to everyone!!

I made the mistake of going on a Saturday afternoon. I think everyone was stocking up for the Zombie apocalypse! Other than fighting my way through the crowds it is always a pleasure to make the drive from Claresholm to do my Costco run. 👍🏼

I can't thank the tire center enough for what they did for me today. Amazing service! Thank you so so much!

Had a fabulous experience at the Wireless Kiosk in Costco, Okotoks.

Katie Hrgovic was so helpful and knowledgeable. Her professionalism is 10/10!!!! Katie helped me change my wireless plan and update my phones.

Costco....I know not to buy the duck, chicken and sweet potato jerky treats from your stores that are killing our best friends and companions. Others are not so fortunate to know this so as a voice for all....please stop selling these treats and remove them from your shelves. Profits aside....you know better!!!!

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Normally the service is impeccable.



I bought chicken wings from the snack bar and they where raw. No big deal, it happens.



I brought it back and the girl told me it was a blood vein, I said it was cold inside.



She rolled her eyes and said it would be ready in 6 minutes. I came back and she told me the oil was just heating up. 15 minutes later I got the replacement.



They other girl handed them to someone else, the grouchy girl who was glaring and rolling her eyes at me yanked them away and gave them to me.



I said thank you asked for a lid to Leroy gem warm she gave it to me.



No sorry for the eye rolling, glaring and 20 minutes for the chicken wings.

I was incredibly disappointed with Costco customer service last Sunday. Costco hosted Jody Mitic for a book signing event. On Jody Mitics Facebook it read the event started at 1200 but didn't post an end time. My friend was a huge fan and we arranged to carpool. Unfortunately, since I am also in the forces I was called in to work for a short period of time. To ensure my friend wouldn't miss Mr. Mitic, I called Costco to find out what time he would be leaving. The gentleman that I spoke to didn't know what I was talking about, then told me he would ask. I was told by the employee that he would be leaving at 5. Unfortunately this was not the case, he obviously didn't have correct information. When we got to Costco at around 1500 we asked a variety of staff members and they didn't know who he was or what we were talking about. We couldn't find him in the store and no employee could confirm whether or not he had left so we had no idea. My friend was devastated when she finally got a hold of him through his event page and we found out he had left. It was poor dissemination of information on Costcos part and I was disappointed that the employees we spoke to were unable to help us at all.

I am so incredibly tired of having to ask to have my groceries packed so I can physically lift it out of my cart. Today 54.5lbs (I weighed it) in one box that I am expected to dead lift out of my cart. You wouldn't ask your employees to do it because they could get hurt. Why do you expect your customers to? This is an on going issue and last year caused me a long term injury.

Dear Costco Wholesale Canada, thanks for letting me finish your job tonight. My tires were changed at your Okotoks location in Alberta tonight, and you under inflated one tire by more than 50psi. I brought it to the attention of a tech as they were leaving (my truck was finished after the store closed), and she told me the sensor just takes time to reset and it would be fine. I drove down the street and checked the pressure at a gas station to find that my pressure was indeed 50psi under. If I had listened to your tech, or if I hadn’t had a pressure sensor, my drive home could have been my final drive. Also, my truck is vibrating like a 1950’s washing machine spin cycle. Thanks for literally trying to kill me.
