This is worth the membership fee..great produce and meat..clean wide isles..free samples everywhere...fast check out...friendly staff...clean washrooms...and I highly recommend stopping by the cafeteria for THE best hot dog you will ever have...comes with a fountain drink with unlimited refills. Prices are good...and you can find anything you need from furniture to coats or Christmas items...plan to be there a while. 😊

I’m always visiting this location. Aside from being the nearest warehouse to my places, staff here are awesome and services like photo service takes shorter than what it should be! 👌🏻👍🏼

This experience only really applies to the tire department, I cant speak for everything else. Great prices but the customer service does not care at all it seems. Waiting in massive lines that are completely unorganized and only one line that deals with EVERYTHING the department does. Why even have a phone number if you never answer it as well? Pretty amateur for such a large company.

Used the tire center and they are great there. The store itself has a great meat department, a killer bakery, and then standard Costco fare. I suggest going mid week during the day or first thing in the morning, as it gets crowded very fast.

It's always a pleasure to shop here! The staff are well trained and are always smiling.

For those who don't know, Costco actually prioritizes their employees vs. the shareholders, which is a big plus in my book! No wonder no one wants to leave their job!

They're all doing it well, fast, and with precision. Thoroughly impressed. Though there's one point that'll always nag me: they don't have as much stuff as they have in Ontario stores.

So making it a bit more diverse will probably do the trick.

Good for buying bulk food. Love the meat. Produce is often spoilt on the shelf. Parking is usually very full.

Excellent service and excellent staff. Even at the tills (check out) they are better than many other shops.

Costco optical has the worst customer experience. They will not give you contact lens fitting prescription . They will force you to only buy from them, even after wasting 3 appointments for fittings. Asked the optical manager Sandy for a trial pair. She replies we don't give out free contacts every time. Will have to look for other opticians with better service.

I shop here all the time. We would appreciate sinage on your iles, and also we would like more floor staff to help find things. Finding something there is as hard as finding an employee to ask. I'll continue coming, but it'll be a 1 star for me until these two issues are addressed. A little bit more of customer service would be great at the checkout.
