Always have a great experience at Costco. Love the quality of their meet, perfect for buying health products in bulk, and they have the best deals on electric toothbrushes - 2 for 1! Remember, expect Costco to be busy, especially on Saturdays. So choose your time wisely, en enjoy the experience!

Great at what it promises. High quality foods and products at reasonable prices. To put it another way, I doubt we save money shopping here but we get better quality.
Lost 1 star because they are so busy all the time!

Terrible customer service in the kitchen; ridiculous long lines, lack of personnel and food; we had to wait more than 15 minutes for simple chicken strips!

When I returned for my Sundae (that they did not dispatch on time) the lady told me But this is the last time eh! Next time you pick all together!

When I asked for a glass to pour water, the lady faked dementia. Even the cheapest restaurant in Canada won't refuse to provide water!!!

Costco is terrible going downhill in its customer service!

The ladies on Nov. 8, 2017 at 18:30 hrs. were rude and showed complete disregard for its customers. BTW I addressed this issue with the manager in turn.

It is Costco so that is great. But way too busy. Doesn't matter when you go. Parking is far away unless you stalk someone, getting in and out of the lot a nightmare. Line ups or check out almost always going down the aisles. I'm also positive some people just show up for the free samples. It is worth driving further to not have to deal with most of the customers here.

Heard this is the busiest Costco in all of North America? It's usually always busy but early morning seems to be slightly less busy as well as supper time. Excellent customer service and great quality products. Ordering from their online store is very efficient and convenient. Great cafeteria on the way out.

It is always VERY BUSY and hectic at this Costco location. The parking lot is busy, the gas line ups are long, the cafeteria line up is long, the returns line up is long, the check out line ups are all long. This is the case for every day of the week. Unfortunately, the service as a result is quite deteriorated compared to other locations such as East Hills or Okotoks (of course you really may have no choice if you're not going to make the further drive).
As an example, we had a shockingly condescending experience with a manager when we let him know that their water vending machine was empty. He responded with a scoff of "well it's busy!" and for some reason he then defensively scoffed again "do you want me to give you 50 cents for the machine?" I'm not even sure what his thought process was because he's obviously not listening to his customers. The machine was empty, so what the point of insinuating that we couldn't afford the 50 cents? We still love Costco, but avoid the Heritage Gate location like the plague if you could.

Watch out for these people.

I asked them to check the tires, they took the car into the shop and removed one of the tires without asking, replaced it with the spare tire and then said we had to buy new tires from them. Asked them to just put back the old tire that was fine before but they refused and said it was too worn. Ended up buying a new set of tires. Three other people in line with me were also unexpectedly forced to buy new tires for various reasons.

This Costco is busy! Some prefer to go elsewhere because of that. But I've found they handle the crowds well - lots of tills are open - and usually the lines are not too bad. Obviously some times/days are worse than others.

Pretty good place to shop if you like bulk. Excellent for ink cartridge refill but not same day service which is a detriment since i don't live really close. But I bought a set of tires for my car. Really good price. Also I bought vinyl plank flooring 15mm for about $35/box. Love the color and overall easy to install. Parking can be a challenge at times. Best time to shop is at around 2 to 330pm when all stay at home Moms are picking up their kids from school.
