Country Hills Dental Centre

This dental centre doesn't service patients who are on disability even though the insurance would cover the bill. Perhaps they don't believe accessibility should apply to dentistry. Considering that dental health can have a great affect on a person's overall well-being, it's an incredibly uncompassionate policy to have in place.

A great office with friendly and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond! Highly recommend Dr. Jamie Wallace and his staff!

I have been a patient of Country Hills Dental since 2000. I keep referring friends and acquaintances to Dr. Wallace because of his professionalism and gentleness. Each person that I have referred has come back to thank me! Highly recommend Dr. Wallace and Country Hills Dental Centre!!

Helpful and very informative on options to carry on with any work you need done. Dr. Erin Gray is the best dentist I've had after years of finding nothing but losers in this city.

Horrible patient service from
Sonya the receptionist. Called to book in my husband who had already started a root canal(yes it was known it was infected a month prior). Conversation lasted less then a minute no questions asked. My husband took off work to go to be handed a drug for infections and told he couldn't see the doctor as not enough time was booked. The next available appointment was next week. I personally was blamed for the situation as I didn't explain the tooth issue correctly. He is now in a huge amount of pain. So I called back and asked why? Haha why would you blame me for this.... she gave me nothing but attitude and just said "I don't know what you want from me" just in complete denial she messed up (which to be honest is fine but she made it worse for herself) finally she gave me some sort of half apologie. I said alright and called another office who is more organized and understanding of situations. I was called again by their office explaining if I cancelled my personal appointment they would have fit my husband in which is pretty generous and nice but by then I was over the whole situation!
I will say Joy at the front desk, the doctors and the rest of the hygienists are truly amazing and very kind. I only have good things to say about them.

I've been going to see Dr. Erin Gray for over 5 years now. She is a very professional and fantastic dentist who always explains my treatment plan to me. It's refreshing to be walked through the plan and understand why I am receiving the treatment. I have never had to wait in the lobby for more than 10 minutes and the hygienists and staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Gray to anyone!

I have had a lot of dental work done over the years by many dentists and Dr Jamie Wallace is really great. He always makes time for you on regular appointment and when I have dental emergencies (they seem to happen a lot for me) he always finds a way to fit me in.
I've been a patient of Dr Wallace for about 15 years and highly recommend the country hills dental clinic!
