Purchased our Hyundai Santa Fe 2017 3 weeks ago and we are so happy with its features and performance!! Since we had our old Hyundai Santa Fe, we stick with Hyundai! You wont look far! Every single staff at Country Hills delivered an exceptional customer service! Sam, our product specialist went out of his way to make us feel happy, good and contented with the experience! He is such a warm person that i cannot ignore his dedication and hard work just to deliver an amazing and unforgettable customer service!He and Joe made us feel we are part of the family. Also, Eddie personally helped us with the service department. He was honest and direct with the financing. These guys will make sure that everything will go on smoothly even after the purchase! I have been a loyal Hyundai owner for over 15 years. I have always had quality cars with little maintenance or hassle required. Recently my car was stolen and the service manager, Kay, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He provided me with documents that my insurance company in moments. He was empathetic and kind. In an age when customer service is not always top of mind I feel like Kay went above and beyond to help me through a challenging situation. This instance made me feel good about my purchase and pending the outcome of my car will ensure that I will be going to Country Hills Hyundai for repairs or a replacement.

Just wanted to thanks Caleb and Azim for making the whole process simple and smooth.They provided us best deal from get go. We did our home work before going in. Difference between our projected price and their price was minor different. Literally took us 5 min. Overall, from salesman to manager to finance department, they were surprisingly easy going.
Also, thumbs up for Hyundai to making superb car. For the price, they are honestly best bang for your buck specially with 0% financing.

I came into the dealership not knowing anything at all what I wanted and needed for my first vehicle. Kelvin was very knowledgeable and helpful in leading me to my final decision. He gave me a number of options, helping me select what would be best for me but also within my budget. I would highly recommend coming to see Kelvin if you or anyone you know are looking for a car!

Avoid the service department.

Dropped my car off for a 7:00am Friday appointment, Angel told me by end of the day it would be ready. It wasn't. The next business day (Tuesday) they didn't answer or return my calls. The THIRD day (Wednesday) my car was returned to me soaking wet inside with the battery drained.

I was told I would need some new tires. Being that it's OCTOBER in Canada I assumed these would be winter tires. They weren't.

When I asked Angel why they weren't winter tires he answered "This is what I was told." By who? Certainly not me. I was never asked about the kind of tires I wanted, only told I was getting "good ones" and given a price. Since the need for winter tires in Canadian winter is so obvious I didn't think it unusual not to be asked about tire specifics.

Apparently "good ones" are tires I have to replace immediately.

Really terrible communication, resulting in an unpleasant experience. Can't recommend.

Replying to the google reviews before using the contact info you have for the customer to address their concerns one-on-one is an example of the poor communication I was talking about.

He communicates in a personal, yet professional manner that is timely and informative. From the very beginning of the process, I was appropriately and respectfully 'taken care of' in a manner that made me feel at ease and, more importantly, valued. Jason has an ability to establish a trusting relationship with his customers and expertly provides a level of service that puts the customer first. He facilitated a great deal on my behalf and, in my mind, the entire process was seamless and stress free. I drove my new vehicle off the the lot feeling comfortable and beyond happy - not just because of the vehicle but because of the entire experience.

I have been leasing an Elantra SE from here for the past 2 years after they got me a great price. Servicing has been quick and easy to schedule with their online appointment creator (how is it 2017 and every shop doesn't do this yet?)

Went in recently to look at some new car options and Tyler Sutherland helped out quite a bit. Pleasure to work with him, he was able to answer all my questions and gave me exactly the price I wanted for my new payments.

Sam lee provides excellent customer service, I was referred by a friend to him and he was one of the most fast and responsible representative that gave me the best deal i ever got than other dealerships in Calgary. I highly recommend him to anyone that looking for a new vehicle or doing any trade ins, Only if you want the best deal in town and not wanting to get ripped off by other dealership in city. A good deal is always than a bad one, with vehicles especially.

We purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership about a month ago now. Malcolm took the time to explain everything about the vehicle and answered any questions my wife had as this was going to be her vehicle. He made her feel very comfortable in the showroom and during the test drive, taking the time to explain all the features and benefits, keeping her informed all the way through. Xavier the Sales Manager was equally helpful and thorough, explaining all the details to finalize the sale which was "painless". First time leaving a dealership and NOT having a sick feeling in our stomachs or doubting our purchase. It was a great experience for her and for us as a family. Thanks guys!
