Extremely satisfied with the service I have experienced at CHT over the past 4 years. I am happy to make the 1.5 hour drive to get my Tacoma serviced here, and I am always treated like a valued customer.

Saw a used vehicle on their website and inquired online. Initial impressions were good, the staff were very responsive, went through emails, texts and a phone call regarding the vehicle I was looking at. The problem started when we got to my trade in. I was asked to provide more details and pictures to make the trade-in process smoother and quicker, and too come in for an appointment later on in the evening so that both parties could view each other's vehicles and discuss pricing in an expedited manner. Was even told that we could come earlier because they were free.

When we arrived we were directed to the vehicle we were looking at while they took a look at ours. After 45 minutes of waiting and watching our salesperson dealing with another couple and his two co-workers standing around we had been talked to for a grand total of maybe 5 minutes. This was despite us being asked to make an appointment, having gone through the entire process of exchanging details previously. In the end we ended up waiting for two printed out pages with the vehicles two offered values on them. When we countered with what other dealers had offered us for our trade, our salesman turned around and walked back to the other couple.

We weren't insulted by the offer by any means but we were rather flabbergasted that we went through that entire process, made an "appointment", drove across the city and waited 45 minutes for effectively what could have been communicated via text or phone call; especially given COVID and social distancing measures.

Advice to anyone looking at Country Hills used vehicles; an appointment isn't what you think it means and "selling" is apparently walking away after making your customer wait 45 minutes.

Needed to purchase a new vehicle recently (which is a bit of a challenge in the midst of a pandemic) but these folks made it really easy. Did everything via email and over the phone - had the car delivered to us by their staff - didn't even set foot in the dealership.

And we got a fantastic price on the car (there were multiple other dealerships in the Calgary area who were unwilling or unable to match the price that Country Hills offered on our vehicle.)

Farid and his team treated us very well and we'd recommend them to anyone.

Great Toyota dealership and excellent customer service. They took care of me promptly and with a smile. I would recommend that if you need to service your Toyota, these guys will take care of all your needs. I bought some tires and they had an awesome price when I shopped around. I found that all the staff from the Parts to Service are approachable, friendly and willing to help out. The Shuttle took me to work and picked me up, again the drivers were friendly and very nice people. I will be back for when I need service in the future. Thank you 🙏

Country Hills has been easy to deal with for my family and my own car needs. Being with Toyota since 1995, I appreciated that the dealership values this relationship and reflects it in the buying process, either with going the extra mile or providing good advice on how to achieve what I want.

The staff were professional and ensured that my car deal as delivered to my expectations. When the car wasn't ready as expected, they provided a loaner to me (I had to refill it with gas though). They communicated the process for me and made sure my wishes were respected.

Thank you Country Hills and to the Staff who helped with each step. I'll refer family and friends here if they are looking for good service.

Good quick service and really friendly staff. A big thanks to Feizal Bhaji who was a huge help as this was my first time purchasing a vehicle. He helped find the right car and answered any concerns or questions I had. He also explained and helped me understand the features of my car. I definitely recommend shopping here.

Best to enter from Country Hills Blvd to Freeport Drive. Had a pleasant experience here. Kids zone keeps kids occupied in long waits. Complementary nonalcoholic beverages.

The Salesman's attitude completely unsold me on the vehicle.
Went in quite interested in a BMW they had on their used lot, went for a test drive all was well. Came back and asked what the value of my truck would be on a trade. Next I was asked for my keys with no explanation of what they needed them for, I went out to see and apparently they were planning to drive my vehicle without me present or even a mention that that was their intention. After some back and fourth with his manager they were able to come to a price I could accept for the trade.. however, once he (Paul) presented this to me and I explained I would need to give it some thought, his reaction was quite negative, very pushy implying that deal only was available today and I had to make my mind up that second. After insisting I needed more time, the conversation was over he slapped his card on the table said something quick and walked out of his office in front of us finally turning around for a quick handshake. The attitude we received because I would not put a deposit down or buy the vehicle that second was very unprofessional. I then got home to a follow up text where he was unable to even remember to use my real name but instead I was now "Scott" to top it off!

All that being said, not the level of customer service I would expect at a large dealership. Never had a salesman throw somewhat of a "tantrum" towards me until today. Loved the vehicle but will happily wait to find one elsewhere. If you can find a used vehicle at another dealer I would definitely suggsst that.

Nothing but good experiences with this dealership. I mainly deal with the service department and they are fantastic so far!

Tyler, one of the employees who helps you when you drop off your vehicle is kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Sam, the shop foreman, is courteous, very experienced and knowledgeable and completely trustworthy.

As it is now, I get all my vehicles serviced here and will continue to. I highly recommend this service department.

Friendly, soft-spoken, and persistent sales person, but not pushy. He was willing to go to bat on our behalf. What be didn't know, be found out for us. Friendly helpful staff
Don't bother with an older trade-in, as it will have little value in the final price. Straight deal worked out much better. Overall, a very good experience so far.

Went to get my oil changed for my 2010 Camry. First I went to Jiffy Lube at 11135 14 St NE. The sign on their garage door I found extremely misleading as it says $29.99. I had expected to get a pretty good deal on an oil change.

First they tell me that I need synthetic oil and that it costs more, substantially more than the sale price on the door. I had a choice of semi synthetic at $78 or synthetic at $100. Next I get the most bizarre explanation as to why I need to pay $10 more for the oil filter. I told them not a chance am I paying $120 to get my oil change and left.

I proceeded to drive 2.6 km (the other side of Deerfoot Trail) to Country Hills Toyota. Wow I was stunned, first there was no difference in price in the oils, but they not once said they had to charge me more for my oil filter. My oil change came to $70.12 which is a far cry from $120! People that is a $50 difference!!!! Almost the cost of a second oil change.

The staff at Country Hills Toyota were super polite and fast. They had me in and out in no time flat. I cannot sing enough praises and given the service I got I had to write this review. They DESERVE to be rated 10 out of 5. Country Hills Toyota has my trust.

I will never go to Jiffy Lube nor would I ever recommend them.

Oh also my cabin air filter needed to be changed. Country Hills Toyota was going to charge me $32 which to me is very reasonable since I picked one up from Canadian Tire for $26. I can only hazard a guess, since my oil change was almost double that Jiffy Lube would have probably charged me $80 plus for the same filter.

My name is Frank J., and I returned to Country Hill Toyota to Trade in a 2014 Sienna for a 2016 Sienna LE. I was very pleasantly surprised by the extremely helpful, courteous, and enthusiastic attention I received from the department, and particularly from Hanif (in sales) and Gino (in finance). I was like interacting with close friends!. They are both experts and take great pleasure in ensuring customer satisfaction. Gino worked with me closely to sort to the details of the purchasing and financing. I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in returning to this department of the Country Hills dealership to purchase another Toyota. Too bad there aren't 10 stars, because that is what they deserve! So 5 will have to do!

Amazing service! I found exactly what I was looking for in a car. Feizal was extremely helpful and truly listened to my concerns and expectations. He always has time to address my questions and concerns even now that the sale has been completed.
I was also pleasantly surprised to find a care package waiting in the car upon pick-up. The small touches have really made for a memorable ownership experience.

I have been dealing with Country Hills Toyota for a number of years now. I have never had a bad experience. The used car department in my opinion is top notch. Feisal is my go to guy, and can always be trusted to give me good advice and is very fair to deal with. The business department Gino's are helpful and a pleasure to do business with. The service department is professional, efficient and on time. The only complaint I can think of is that I cannot service my off-brand cars at Country Hills Toyota. My experience at other dealerships pales in comparison and I would much prefer to only deal at this location. It looks like I need to get another Toyota!

Brian Gee is the man to talk to. He took the time to understand what I really needed. I came in undecided between 2 different vehicles and 2 different models as well. Brian understood what I needed,where I could save money and honestly gave me his advice. He didn't skip over numbers,explained everything in depth. I decided to hold off on my purchase for now,but will be going back to Brian once I decide to purchase my vehicle. I will be referring all my friends,family and clients to Brian. His customer service and people skills are exceptional.

I have purchased several cars over the years, but never have I received such excellent and outstanding service. Upon meeting Brian, he listened to my needs and wants in order to determine which car suited me best. He was more than happy to take me on test drives and showed me what each vehicle featured to ensure I was purchasing the vehicle I wanted. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about vehicles and walked me through the entire process.

There was absolute NO PRESSURE on buying. Brian made buying a vehicle easy & absolutely stress-free.

My pearl white RAV4 was out of stock in Calgary, but Brian went above and beyond and was able to track one down for me and had it delivered to Calgary.
