I recently had a minor exhaust problem while on a holiday from BC that interrupted our trip. Country Auto graciously agreed to see my car at short notice and repaired my problem quickly. Very much appreciated.

Broke down on our way from Calgary to Saskatchewan. Got a tow to the shop and we were rushed right in. Our problem was minor and fixed within 20 minutes. They were cheap, and friendly. Would definitely bring my vehicle back.

Went in with out VW Westy. It needed a point ajustement and we didn't have the right tools. We were in a huge time crunch to get to our best friend I ends wedding where my husband was a grooms man. We went to two other mechanics befor country auto, that only made the situation worse. We barely made it, but when we did they got us in as soon as we pulled up. Rick at country auto fixed the points, did a few extra little things, and only charged us 50$. He knows what he's doing, and doesn't screw people over by pretending he does! Honesty is key with mechanics, not only is he honest, he is one hell of a mechanic. Thanks so much! I will be going out of my way from Medicine Hat just to have you guys work on our van. Much love.

I'm extremely happy with the work they did on my car yesterday - I don't remember the last time whatever is going on underneath the hood sounded this quiet! Thanks for squeezing me in yesterday. The receptionist is lovely. I can see now why County Auto has such a great reputation among my coworkers.

A great Auto Repair Shop local to the town of Strathmore. They have a very hard working, professional and dedicated team. Quality and excellence prevail at this establishment. We have a 2008 Ford Taurus and had the "Check Engine" light come on. Me and my wife were traveling from Winnipeg, MB to Calgary, AB when the amber flashing light came on. We started searching for auto repair shops on Google and came across County Auto Repairs. We took the car in for a diagnostic the very next day at 8:30 am and in no more than 20 minutes had the results in. The cars fuel injector had crapped out. Knowing the urgency we were in getting the car fixed, the staff ordered the parts right away for us and also promised to work on the vehicle right away even though they had several vehicles in the lot waiting to be worked upon. Rick was so kind enough to drive us back to our hotel while the car was worked upon and picked us up again once the car was ready. A great sign of customer service and appreciation. We got a call from Rick at about 1:30 pm that very same day (two hours ahead of schedule) that the car was ready. We also ended up paying a bit less than the original quoted price.
