They say never trust a car salesman for good reason. We shopped around for a new truck and went everywhere we could for a few weeks. We then met Billy, he is by far the most accommodating, trustworthy and honest man in this business. He will make sure he gets the best deal for you. The first time we went home and checked the deal he gave us and by far it was a very good one with much research and so we came back to him and he gave us an even better one working with his manager Eddie as well. Do not sign anything until you check out what Billy and Eddie can offer you. They are very willing to help you. By far the only team in Calgary with integrity and reliability.

I was in a couple weeks ago with my wife to buy a truck and had the pleasure of dealing with Omar. He was quick to get us into the truck we were looking at and for a test drive. Once we decided to get the truck and had agreed on a price Omar got our information to the finance department quickly and we were done in no time at all.

I’m pleased with the way I was treated when I bought my Dodge Caravan. All the staff, From the Sales Consultant , Sales Manager, to the Finance Manager, Treated me with the utmost respect. Not only did Billy frequently check on me during the wait for finance, The staff walking by made sure I was being looked after. I felt that they really cared about the service they were providing. They ensured I was comfortable with the decision that I was making regarding the purchased of a new vehicle. Best of all, I didn't feel any pressure from Billy during the whole process. I met billy a few years ago and have purchased many vehicles before. It wasn't until I met Billy that the whole car buying experience was a pleasant one. He went over and above what a typical car salesmen is supposed to do to make communication, price, and vehicle availability happen for me. Even after the purchase billy stayed in touch to make sure I was happy. Since meeting Billy I've bought a few more vehicles and sent friends and family his way. All of which went smooth and friendly. If you are scared of being taken advantage of in the car market go see Billy. The guy is the definition of what car sales should be operated like on a business end. BEST CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! The management staff was so helpful and all got involved with my purchase at one point or another. Eddie welcomed me with a big smile when I first came in, Blair was very helpful when I was being very particular about the exact spec for the SRT Grand Cherokee I wanted and Matt made the payment very affordable for me and I ended up exactly where I wanted to be. My salesman Sinclair was also very knowledgeable and friendly during the test drive (man I love that guy's Afro). My finance manager Marc suggested some very valuable add-ons to protect my investment as well and my salesman introduced me to Kass in the service department that was very helpful in explaining my maintenance schedule to me. Overall I LOVED my experience here and I will definitely be back for all my future vehicle needs. Thanks guys!

Eddie was fantastic! Best Chrysler store in the city! Both before and after the Sale! The service department went above and beyond to ensure there was no inconvenience to myself and my family. After 2 not so good experiences @ 2 other Chrysler dealerships I found Courtesy and I recommend everyone else gives them a chance! You won't be disappointed!

Do not trust their service.

They tried to overcharge to customer and pushed customer at the corner.

I had a diagnosis at other place and some part need to be fixed. I was recommended to go dealer shop since it is going to be covered by extended warranty.
My car went to their service on Friday morning (7:30am) and they called me at 4:10pm with un-acceptable option. About $1100 estimated for service and extend warranty company approved only $770 so I need to pay over $300.. - I never heard warranty covers partially.

I ask Courtesy do not diagnosis since I already knew what's the problem but they said it is going be no charge. I knew they need to diagnosis in order to fix but it was not the time to fix..

They called me at the end of day (also, he will leave in 15min) and gave me options.
1. Getting service with paying $1100 ($770 from warranty and $330 from my pocket) and wait till Monday (they spent whole day doing nothing)
2. Not getting service with paying $150 Diagnosis fee.
I believe most of people have a service because there is only $150 from their pocket difference.

I took my car back without paying any money since I never heard service can be covered partially and asked not to diagnosis. they kept trying to excuses and blame my 3rd party warranty company.

I went to another dealer-shop and got service done. ($800 whole covered by warranty).

I believe Courtesy tried to cheat on me. They should take labor hours as like others. Otherwise, they need to negotiate with warranty company not trying to cheat on customer.

Don't trust their estimation, way of approaching and recommendation.
I don't trust the people in Courtesy.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Eric Campbell with my purchase of my 2016 Chrysler. I never felt rushed for making a decision. He answered any question I had about the vehicle. I would definitely recommend him to anyone willing to purchase a vehicle.

I also had the pleasure of dealing with David Chopp in the finance department. Out of any finance person I've dealt with in any industry, he always has your best interest at heart. He made sure all the numbers were laid out to my understanding, talked with my insurance company to make sure everything went smooth that way and was overall an awesome person.

These two employees together made my experience amazing!

After having the absolute worst experience somewhere else, we had the most amazing experience at Courtesy. Our sales person, Jackie Sylvester, was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She was an absolute delight and showed us exactly what we were looking for. While we were waiting for our financing to go through, she put together a little birthday gift for your recently turned one year old! Upon pick up of the van, she had put together a little road care package for us as well.

Our finance man, Marc Stokes, was brilliant as well. He managed to get us an incredible deal, both on the vehicle and through financing, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way.

The combined teamwork of these two individuals turned a very stressful time for us into an unbelievably stress free and financially safe endeavor. Our family is eternally grateful to Jackie, Marc and the whole gang at Courtesy.

Avoid this dealetship
I have purchased three vehicles from here. Went in for a trade in like we do every two years. The Manager Blair thought that trading in my vehicle for one with less features and to cost more per month was a great idea. The sales dept just seems to keep going downhill. Why ask me what one feature I really want then offer me a vehicle without this feature. I would not recommend anyone purchase from here

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! Where do I start. This dealership is an embarrassment to Jeep, not to mention avoid buying a Jeep Cherokee at all costs. My partner bought a Cherokee just over 2 years ago and it has been in to their service department 17 TIMES (this is not a typo). Twice we have brought it in because the cruise control does not shut off while going downhill (not a good thing when travelling in the winter in the Rockies). The other 15 things wrong with the vehicle includes the fact the parking brake engages by itself (the service department can't explain why), the rear hatch engages by itself, engine light goes on constantly, sunroof went off the track, the backseat constantly squeaks, the gearshift jammed and had to be replaced, the knob of the gearshift came off etc. etc. So when we approached the manager/owner about our concerns with this vehicle and the fear for our safety, he agreed and said not once but twice in the dealership that "we have to get you out of that LEMON!" He said he would find us a comparable car with the similar mileage and options. He passed the information on to another manager who called us a few days later and said, "I hear you have a LEMON, let's find you a comparable car!" After all of these promises, they had 2 other salesman trying to sell us a NEW car, not a comparable one. Are you kidding me!!! When the sales reps and service rep were asked if they would feel safe in this vehicle, they hummed and hawed. When asked if they would be dissatisfied customers, again they hummed and hawed. We were then told by Roger, their sales manager that they no longer want us to bring the car back to the dealership because they don't like us complaining about the vehicle anymore. They told us to take it to another dealership the next time we have a problem. We have the VIP service with 10 oil changes that we paid an extra $600 for and we have no idea how we are going to retrieve this. To make a long story short, the owner and managers of this dealership are crooks and dishonest. Jeep Cherokees are lemons, avoid them. Courtesy Chrysler should not be in business! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Bad service. Went in to look at a vehicle. The vehicle was dirty and had the wrong wheels on it. After test diving, sales person simply left ...No where to be found. Would not recommend dealership at all

Run Away just Run away don't walk

I am an experienced vehicle buyer. I have a business and we use trucks, not that really that big of a deal. The last time I was at this dealership I bought two vehicles. That was in March of 2015. Since then the management has changed and based on my client experience not for the better. Friday I had my truck in for servicing and I saw a 2016 Ram that I was interested in possibly buying. One of the salesman was hanging around so I asked him how much that truck was on sale for. We spoke for about ten minutes and he said it was $40-45,000. I was interested so we agreed to meet on Monday. Here is where it all starts to go to hell in a hand basket.
First the truck I was interested in was so dirty when I took it for a test drive that I had to clean the drivers side mirror so that the truck could be operated in a safe fashion. I had expected the salesman to arrange the truck to get some sort of a wash by the lot personal. It did not happen. I expected the salesman to have some sort of a clue about my trade in value. They had had my truck in the service dept. Friday to Monday. It did not happen.
The most important part of my experience is after an hour with this outfit I finally got them to confirm the price of the truck. $57,000 and change. What an outright lie telling me that it was 40-45 thousand to get me to come in and talk to them. Did they really think I would do any business with dishonest people. There are so many dealerships out there I have many choices.
I don't usually write reviews but the wasting of my time and the dishonest practises just annoyed me so much I felt that if everyone writes a review then it will have an impact. The only reason this bad behaviour exists is it working for them. I hope everyone reading these reviews benefits from my experience. I am hot a hothead or an unreasonable person. The public should have reasonable expectation of the truth at a business.
