We had great participation from all of staff and were able to fill an entire Grand Caravan!!

User

Wonderful Experience! Me and my wife were concenred about getting approved but Eric campbell went through all of the options and got us a fantastic rate, much lower than we expected! would recommend!

User

Went in to test drive a Truck, the people we dealt with at the dealership Omar the salesperson, Serge in fiancé and Brad from corporate treated us with respect and listened to our requirements. They met what we requested and provided us with more than we expected. They were easy to deal with, helpful and informative about their products. Over all one of the best experiences I have had in a long time with purchasing a new vehicle.

User

We bought two vehicles there and we always had a awesome service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful .

They did everything to make us happy.

I have nothing to complain !

Thanks again to everybody who work there.

User

I have sent and went to Courtesy to get a roof rack installed. Manager Roger Seegmiller was AMAZING!! Roof rack looks amazing, my interactions with everybody there were exceptional and they had me in and out of there in a morning. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I bought my Jeep from big 4 motors and my warranty just expired 6 months ago. I had not always had the best experience with big 4, and now that my warrant is up I’m no longer obligated to use them.

I had issues with my Jeep, I took it to courtesy as it was nearby. I dealt with service advisor Aaron, he was great. Service was good, quick, and they were open with me about what the issue was. I ended up having quite the expensive repair, however they set me up with a loaner vehicle and my Jeep back within 24 hours.

Thank you Aaron for your excellent customer service. I hope not to be back anytime soon, but would definitely use them again.

User

For the first time, I finally found a place where the deals hip treats you like your somebody. They make sure you are satisfied. Great custimer service from start to finish. Thank you Courtesy!

User

All good. The work was completed on time. The shuttle driver was courteous and friendly. The service rep was excellent. No issues at all and I will be going back there for regular services.

User

Pleasant experience from start to finish. The lady on the phone was so nice when I made my initial booking. Drop-off for my vehicle went smoothly and although it had to have a sleepover to have some work done (under warranty) they were efficient and did a good job. I’ll be coming back!

User

With buying a new Jeep I felt I shouldn’t of had to pay 147$ for an oil change. I found that was way to pricey. I may check around for my next oil change. My son in law bought a new GMC and he gets 6 free oil changes, and I have to 147$. Service was good tho.

“...so you understand what the word ‘courtesy’ in Courtesy Chrysler stands for?” was one of the first statements Eric Chovancak said to me when I walked into the dealership, with full intentions of purchasing a 2018 Jeep Renegade. I could be wrong, but I must be reading all the wrong dictionaries, because I have never known courtesy to mean the way I was treated at this dealership.

After asking me questions regarding what I wanted in a vehicle, determining that if the Jeep did not have the dual pane panoramic sunroof it would be a deal breaker, and going on two test drives, (1 measly minute test drive each, I might add), we proceeded to Eric’s desk to find the vehicle I wanted.

After searching their inventory, he returned with a Jeep Renegade from Big 4 (I know this, because I also did my research and had a look at this renegade on the weekend after business hours). This renegade had the my sky open air roof system, which I did not want. When I advised Eric of this, he told me “..this model does not come with the dual pane panoramic sunroof”. Lie. Also, of course, that jeep was listed at full market value. I showed Eric a listing from Martin Chrysler where the renegade I wanted did come with the dual pane panoramic sunroof, and was also listed at a significantly lower price. He left to talk to his sales manager. When he returned, he pulled up Martin Chrysler’s website, showed me the line for the discount, and told me they were lying, and that dealership had no intention of selling me the vehicle for that price. I advised him that was against the law, in which he agreed. He pulled out the “official documentation” from Dodge Canada, or FCA, with the yellow highlights and told me they have been given specific amounts in which they can discount the 2018 renegade, and this year it was 0.00$. When I told him I couldn’t take his word for a 10000$ savings, he held up his hand as if to shoosh me, and said “yep, one sec” and walked away. I couldn’t believe how badly his behaviour could change when he didn’t get his way.

This is where Brian Mendieta comes into the picture, as the big mean bully, I guess. He came over, and started by telling me that the discount listed on Martin Chrysler’s website was last months discount... funny, I thought you couldn’t give discounts? When my husband asked when the Jeep would go back on discount, Brian said never, they are not allowed to give discounts on this Jeep.... wait? What? What about last month? I said I would take a drive down and see for my self, I had never been to Brooks before. “You are not missing much” was the response I got. Both Brian and Eric took out their phones and threatened to call Martin Chrysler themselves to “confirm the price”. At that point, I thanked them for their services with a hand shake, told them this was too much, and walked out.

The next day, I called and confirmed the price for the Jeep, it was correct. I put a down deposit on it, and drove up last Saturday and picked up the vehicle. I could take as long of a test drive as I needed, and Randy Lauber was as courtesy as I thought Coutesy Chrysler was supposed to be. The whole process was painless, and very very quick. I am so happy I did not let Coutresy Chrysler bully me into buying something I didn’t want, and at a price I didn’t want to pay. Do your research, and stick to it. Dealerships CANNOT lie about discounts on the website.

Do not go to this dealership. Full disclosure, on the Wednesday before I picked up my Jeep, Courtesy Chrysler did call my cell phone. They let it ring exactly one and a half times and hung up. No clue why, they never called back.

User

Worst service experience ever.

Left my vehicle there overnight for detailing and a recall. I had to phone them the next day to find out if it was done as I didn't hear anything. When I did go to pick it up, it was so half-assed done, I have to leave it there so they could do it again. They did give me a loaner (a cigarette scented one) do use until mine was ready presumably the next day. I didn't get my vehicle back until 3 days later (no contact from them), and this was AFTER I called the service manager to find out what the story was. The service advisors lame ass excuse? They had my old number on the work order. I call bullshit on that as not 5 minuted after leaving the dealership I received an automated text from the service department to fill out a survey AND a call from the sales department about a possible trade in. Both of those not 10 minutes after I left with the loaner. It is not the responsibility of the customer to babysit their vehicle. That is what the service advisors get paid to do (or not do in this case). I have worked in this industry for close to 15 years and know that this is not how things are supposed to go. I will never be going back.

User

Where do I begin???

Perhaps the service rep who wouldn’t talk to me because someone else took my booking?

Perhaps the lecture from the other service rep about them “not liking to finish half done jobs” (I routed a wiring harness to try to save them time and me money...more of how that worked out later)?

Perhaps the sleazy sales guy who tried to sell me a new vehicle instead of telling me where the water station was?

Perhaps the shuttle driver who dropped me at a c-train station instead of my requested location?

Perhaps the 90+ minute wait for the shuttle back as we sat in 34 degree weather getting dehydrated because we daredn’t move in case he was just around the corner (the driver informed us that he was so late setting off as other staff insisted he move cars instead of coming to pick us up)?

Perhaps the fact that despite leaving them with only 30 minutes of work to do they still billed me for 90 minutes and wanted me to be happy about it because they “discounted shop supplies (a dab of solder and a tiny amount of shrink tubing as I’d done everything else)”?

It is places like this that earn the name of “stealership”!!!

In short folks, do not go here, even if you break down on their doorstep on the day hell freezes over!! A truly terrible experience from start to finish.

We have a 2016 Jeep Cherokee that has now entered the lemon status, over the course of the last 6 months this Jeep was taken into Courtesy where it was purchased for them to “deal with it” under warranty. The issue is a leak somewhere in the firewall of the vehicle that lets water into the passenger floor compartment where it sits, gets moldy, and quickly makes the jeep smell like a sewage dump. During the first visit to Courtesy the technician noted wet carpet in both the passenger and driver compartment, Courtesy then had the passenger compartment “fixed” and replaced only the passenger compartment carpet despite the technician’s notes of the issue spreading to the driver’s compartment as well. The unit was returned for repair attempt number 2 for them to replace the driver’s carpet with some resistance from courtesy management. A week later the carpet was wet again. Obviously frustrated we returned the unit a 3rd time for them to try and fix it. The service advisor that took the jeep in promised to replace the carpet again. That service advisor then disappeared from the dealer and we did not hear about our jeep for 2 weeks until we called for an update. The second service advisor promised the issue was being dealt with and then also disappeared from the dealership. Another 2 weeks went by without any correspondence from the dealer until we called and found out that the jeep was in limbo and they completely forgot about it.

Next it was deemed that it had to be sent to their body shop for the repair, they determined the cracked windshield had to be removed and replaced, we purchased a windshield from an outside party and had it delivered to the body shop, then they promptly lost it and installed their own and tried to charge us for it. After the repair was completed they fought very hard with us to not replace the moldy stinky carpet (which the first service advisor promised us would be replaced) and we had to escalate the problem to jeep Canada, after over a month and a half of fighting the dealer agreed to change the carpet and the repair was finished (the service advisor who gave us the keys admitted that the fight over $72 dollars’ worth of carpet was ridiculous). A week later the passenger floor was wet, we called the dealer obviously frustrated and they would not call us back Roger, the service manager, made himself unavailable to deal with us.

We have now taken the unit to South Trail Chrysler, not only have they been MUCH more attentive to the issue, they have determined that the issue is a structural fault that requires engineering input from Jeep Canada to properly fix and return us a vehicle that is safe and fit for the road. So not only did Courtesy Chrysler lose our vehicle, lose the staff they had in place to deal with our repair, and fight tooth and nail during the repair to save themselves a few bucks, They also negligently returned an unsafe vehicle to us after a nightmare of a process. Courtesy Chrysler is not capable of performing service work on the vehicles they sell, even if they were capable, they can’t be bothered to do so. We have been patient and understanding of the process throughout and are not being hard to deal with. After buying two vehicles brand new from Courtesy Chrysler, they have lost our business, and in our opinion, no one should deal with Courtesy Chrysler.

User

Watch out for bullshit up sale. Nothing wrong with our Jeep Courtesy. But thanks for telling my wife it failed your cheap quick lube alignment test telling her it was unsafe to drive. Had a trustworthy shop go over it and what you attempted to pull on us is basically theft. Buy from where ever you get the best deal as FCA makes great products but avoid Courtesy Chrysler service department at all costs.

User

Took my Jeep in for the 2nd oil change and to have my tire fixed as it had a slow leak. When the service guycame to get me, he told me that I had 2 very small holes (like a staple) that they fixed, the tire pressure was good in all tires, fluids topped up and oil change complete. I signed off without reading the paper, paid for my tire repair and drove away. That was when my tire sensor went off telling my I had a low tire. After driving to get gas and picking up my mom I went back. Keep in mind that I only had 1 low tire. When I arrived, I told them what was wrong. They then let some air out of the good tires, put a little more in the low tire and told me to drive 10k down Deerfoot. My husband had since filled my tires to what they need to be at. Sad when a dealership can't get the tire pressure rite. Not impressed!! Did I mention all of this took an entire Saturday morning. Should have been an hour!

User

Terrible service department. The worst I have ever experienced. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

User

Service department is a joke! Don’t you go to a dealership to get professional work done?

User

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership with the installation of a hitch. The service department has been completely unreliable. I've now made 3 unnecessary trips to this dealership, because they don't communicate amongst themselves.

I called and scheduled an appointment only to show up and be informed it wasn't booked. I then called on the following Monday to confirm my new appointment for Wednesday, they said it was booked. I then called on Tuesday to discuss dropping off the vehicle, to be told they had it scheduled it for the wrong day. After dropping off my vehicle I was informed it'd be ready for pickup by end of day... I later recieve a call that they ordered the wrong parts and would need an additional day.

I then called and asked for them to grab my work pass from the console of car. I arrived to be told they'd have to grab it. I picked up my car last night only to be called today and informed they have my parking pass, which they took off my review mirror...

User

How in the hell does a sales person know what other dealerships I've been shopping at?
